KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with professional appliances, Keurig, kitchen island, huge freezer & refrigerator to accommodate room for the entire family, complimentary K-Cups with Fully Stocked Coffee Bar. We have stocked the kitchen with everything from a cake pan to a quesadilla maker. The Kitchenette in the basement is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and a Keurig.

LAKEVIEW LANDING is approx. 6,000sq.ft. of casual luxury on Lake Cumberland and features 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths; sleeping up to 16 guests. The home’s eclectic flair blurs the line between old, new, formal and casual to create our own version of “laid-back lake decor.” LAKEVIEW LANDING is happy to be dog friendly.

I loved the home and the furnishings. The basement game area was amazing for our teenagers. I think the adults enjoyed it just as much as the kids! Nice view of the Lake Cumberland. I give this stay a 5 star rating!

Great house, great views, great location.
We had a great time staying at the house. One of the nicest VRBO's we have ever stayed at. The deck spaces are great when the weather allows outdoor seating with incredible views of the lake. Can't recommend this house enough.

The house was as beautiful as advertised. All the master beedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The house has a wonderful view of the water perfect for watching sunsets on either the deck or in the hot tub. We had a group of 13 staying and the house still felt spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Natalie was very attentive and happy to help with an concerns. The area has some nice hiking trails just a short drive away. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic stay
This property was fantastic! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms that was perfect for our group of friends, but would also be great for large family gatherings. Having a pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard, etc give you plenty of things to do even if the weather isn't great. We would stay here again!

The best time!
I can’t say enough good things about this property and Natalie! Our group had a wide range of ages and there was plenty to keep everyone happy. The downstairs area has a pool table, ping pong table, poker, and an extra kitchen. We spent most of the evenings down there playing games and then going in the hot tub. Large upstairs kitchen and bedrooms with plenty of space for everyone. We did bring a boat and the access is less than 5 minutes and directly behind the house. There is not a direct trail to walk behind the house but the views were amazing. Plenty of parking and fantastic host! Highly recommend.

Amazing property that was perfect for our family gathering!
We chose this property because it was beautiful, perfect for a large family gathering, and friendly for all ages. We had six older and elderly siblings that needed a place to safely hang out with each other and their families…and be away from crowds. Though this two level property had stairs inside, it had easy access to both levels from outside. There were FOUR bedrooms on the entry level, and all bedrooms on both levels had private bathrooms. The rec room had so much to offer all ages and the hot tub was a hit. Natalie was such an attentive host and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend this property…and I hope our family will have an opportunity to gather here again soon.

The home had everything! We loved our stay so much and the personal touched (flowers and a custom welcome chalkboard sign to greet us). The house was so clean and our host was amazing! Incredible House
We loved everything about Lakeview Landing! With a group of 16 ladies, we had more than enough space for everyone. This house is loaded with everything you need: the kitchen is fully stocked & spacious, there’s a fabulous coffee/tea bar we used each morning, an extra kitchenette downstairs, it’s beautifully decorated, plenty of throw blankets for sitting out on the deck each night while enjoying the view of Lake Cumberland, towels for the hot tub, tons of parking, and lots of king beds- who doesn’t like a king bed? It’s in a great location, just down from Guthrie’s Grill, which was wonderful. Several of us walked back to the house after eating there. We rented a boat from Burnside for a quick day trip on the water. Fortunately the house is like 5 minutes from there. Natalie was fantastic about answering all our questions and replied very quickly. She provided lots of suggestions about where to eat as well as places to visit in the area, which was super helpful. A+ all the way around! We will definitely be back!

Our group had a great time at Lakeview Landing. We had 5 families and all of us had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is very well appointed with anything you may need. We loved sitting out on the deck and enjoying the lake view. There are plenty of games to keep adults and children busy. The location was also great, so close to stores and the marina. Natalie was very helpful and such a good host. We had an amazing weekend!

Perfect Group Vacation House!
This home and the lake are absolutely beautiful! The house is very spacious with the separate bedrooms/bathrooms giving everyone plenty of private space, while the large groups areas in the kitchen, family rooms and gaming areas provided tons of room to gather and hang out. This property is impressive. The house is beautiful and is immaculately clean. I was thrilled to find the decorated trees, yes multiple, and other fabulous decor. The coffee bar was incredible and the kitchen was not only fully stocked with cookware, dishes, serving pieces, but spices, oils and sweeteners. There was a choice of pillows and blankets and the welcome book was very helpful. Our entire family was thrilled with our stay and hope to return soon.

What a great house to celebrate the holidays!
We had 13 adults in our family stay to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas. Natalie was so nice and quick with responses to any questions we had. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare large meals along with plenty of plates, silverware and place settings. We enjoyed the hot tub and game tables. The house has great places upstairs and down for us to gather and play games. We even had a kareoke night which the structure of the house kept our great off key singing inside and not share with neighbors. The location was great, close to stores and to get anything we needed. The deck and view of the lake was a delight! I hope our family does not grow too large to enjoy this house for our holidays in the future! Highly recommend. Natalie was a joy and so accomodating!!!

Golf Trip
Excellent location for Woodsen Bend, Burnside and Eagles Nest golf courses. The house was spacious, very clean, all the amenities you need(the hot tub was key before and after 36 holes of golf a day). Restaurants and grocery near by made dinners easy!! Home was well stocked with everything we needed. Worked perfectly for our large family. Having groceries ordered, delivered and put away before we arrived was the best. Natalie Adams was amazing as the property manager. Communication was above and beyond. Helped answer any questions we had and made lots of recommendations for us to do while there.

Beautiful Home
My family and I rented this for a week and we had a wonderful vacation. The home was stocked with all the kitchen items you could think of. Very clean when we arrived. We rented a pontoon for a day and tubed for hours. We had a blend of ages from 8mnths to 70 and the house accomadated us all. Enough comfortable areas to sleep. We had a fire every night. Played ping pong and pool. We visited caves, a waterpark, went to the beach. Had pizza friday night feom the mellow mushroom and it was very good. Natalie was very helpful through out the week and a great hostess.
