APPARTAMENTO SORRENTO SUITE DE CHARME 1 is a beautiful apartment for 7 people in a quiet area just a few minutes from the centre of Sorrento. It has a total area of 70 square meters, is situated on the ground floor of a building with a lift and features a private terrace/garden, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi.
Appartamento Sorrento Suite de Charme 1 can be rented together with Appartamento Sorrento Suite de Charme 2, which is next door and can accommodate up to 5 people.
Located in a picturesque position on a tuff rock plateau in the Gulf of Naples, Sorrento is the most famous town on the Sorrento coast. A renowned holiday destination since ancient times, Sorrento never fails to impress with its stunning views, gardens and groves, harbours, inspiring historical centres, historic religious architecture, and ancient marquetry and lace traditions.
Another great thing about Sorrento is that it is reachable in just 50 minutes from Naples Central Station with the Circumvesuviana service, a service which runs all along the coast stopping at Pompeii, Castellammare di Stabia, Hercolanium, Vico Equense, and many other places.
You’ll be around 800 metres from the centre of Sorrento, where you’ll find restaurants, shops and public transport. The closest beach is around 1 km away.
You won’t need a car to stay at Appartamento Sorrento Suite de Charme 1, but if you do arrive by car, you’ll be able to park in a reserved parking space (1 car), free of charge, at about 300 meters away from the apartment. It is recommended a medium size car.
To get to Appartamento Sorrento Suite de Charme 1, you will need to walk down a private avenue from the road and climb five small steps.
THE PRIVATE TERRACE/GARDEN is equipped with a table, armchairs, chairs, an outdoor shower and a parasol.
THE LIVING ROOM is large and bright and contains two single sofa beds, a Smart TV, a table with chairs for six people, a washing machine and a kitchen area. The kitchen area contains an induction hob, an espresso machine, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, a moka coffee maker, a small fridge and other small appliances. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From the living room, you’ll have access through a glass door to the terrace/garden.
THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed and a safe and has two windows overlooking the garden/terrace. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom contains a sink, toilet, hand-held shower, shower cubicle and hairdryer. You get to the bedroom from the living room.
THE SECOND BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed, a single bed (on request), a small fridge, a microwave, an electric kettle and a Smart TV. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating and has a window overlooking the garden/terrace. The bathroom contains a sink, toilet, hand-held shower, shower cubicle and hairdryer. You get to the bedroom from the living room.
Important things to know:
- Tourist Tax: 3,00 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 50,00 Euros will be applied.
- Final cleaning: 65,00 Euros.
