„Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Kibayo, besonders dank der beiden freundlichen Köchinnen, die uns stets herzlich empfangen haben. Der Garten und die Lagune sind sehr schön und bieten eine tolle Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Allerdings gibt es einige Nachteile: Ohne Auto ist die Lage eher unpraktisch. „The food at the Maria restaurant is abosilutely fantastic, however the property villa conditions was just ok. IKEA's basic furniture which was very uncomfortable. The waterpark cleanliness was horrific with algae and mold on all surfaces. It seems liked they were never cleaned.“

„We had the pleasure of working with Ben and Nina with our stay. With every question we had they would answer with no problem, we will get it, or figure it out. We had 40 adults/teens/kids stay and the staff went above and beyond (even played basketball and pool with the kids). „Meine Frau und ich, unsere 2 Kinder mit deren Ehepartnern und 4 Enkelkindern (4-15 Jahre alt) waren vom 02.10.22 bis 14.10.22 in der Villa Celeste zu Gast. Am Flughafen wurden wir von einem (etwas zu kleinen) Minibus abgeholt. Nach ca. 30 Min. kamen wir in der Villa an und wurden von den beiden Hausmädchen begrüßt. „Walkable to the beach was nice; had AC&Fans to cool off; English translation bit of a challenge. Kitchen counters bedding needs upgrading & some toilet plumbing issues. Needs handyman touch visit. Communication when worked to english through translator was awesome. „The unit that VRBO had me prepay for did not exist!! I was in another country with no where to stay. I tried to contact VRBO numerous times but this issue has still not been resolved. I haven’t gotten my money back and I havent heard from anyone directly. The fact that I am filling out a questionaire about a stay that did not happen is a prime example of the disconnect in communication.“
