„We enjoyed our short stay at the Cozy Northwoods Cabin. The house perfect for our weekend getaway to Ely. House was just as described. The owner was nearby but we still felt like we had a private getaway. There were 5 deer out the backyard in the morning. Very peaceful.“

„We came up to enjoy a nice quiet weekend away and this place delivered. It snowed all day Saturday adding to the beauty of this place. Enjoyed some nice hikes including a beautiful one under the stars. If you don’t mind a saw dust potty and cooking outside (which we don’t) this place is for you. Cabin was very clean and comfy and warm!“

„The location of this property is gorgeous and the home is reasonably comfortable. If you want a multi-generational group to gather here the owners need to address window coverings, especially in the one bathroom that has a shower that does not leak through the floor into the kitchen. Having grandchildren playing on the deck, with sliding glass door viewing into the shower, is not ideal. We read the reviews and brought our own curtain to cover the window. „My wife and I stayed for a weekend mid-winter. Although the outside temperatures were in the minus 20s (Celsius), inside we were very comfortable and warm. Property had everything we needed and much more, from towels and coffee in abundance, to three queen-size beds, a large kitchen and large living room. An ideal place to stay.“

„Outstanding experience with owners and the property. We had originally reserved a smaller cabin but they had begun closing it up for the winter and generously gave us a larger space for same price. „Great place. Clean and cozy. The room was chilly even with the heat up, discovered the next day the window on the door was open. Very quiet stay. No one was around, wasn’t sure if we could put things in the fridge. No local tv, Netflix was provided which was a nice touch but we wanted weather. We would definitely stay again!
