„My daughter and I stayed 2 nights while visiting colleges in the area. The room was cute (modern, beach-vibe) and clean. As others mentioned when the bar let out around midnight it was a little loud (many college students rent in the area). I also didn’t care for the mini-split going on and off throughout the night - I’m just not used to that noise. Overall it was a fine stay but perhaps not if you are a light-sleeper. “

„The mansion is beautiful, with large rooms in the upstairs bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms in the basement were a bit small and a bit Spartan. The fireplace room had 4 remotes, none of which worked the large screen tv, and half of the bedrooms had remotes that did not work the tv's. „It was a very nice experience staying there. The owner replied to our questions pretty fast. I love the backyard, but unfortunately, it is too cold to stay outside during the winter. I would definitely recommend this house and we will try and go back in a warmer season!“

„What a great home base for my family during Thanksgiving week! This house is everything it says it is and more. I seriously felt like I was a guest visiting family for the week. „Our key priority was direct access to the beach. This could not be delivered better. Opening the door to the terrace of the master bedroom every morning, facing the ocean directly, was the best.
