„Great location in between town and pippies beach. The unit is very basic but functional. Had a top loader washing machine, no dishwasher, only one air conditioner at the front of the property so the bedrooms were hot! Shower is in the laundry which is fine. Main issue was the toilet smelt like a rank men’s public toilet despite every effort to clean it. Had to keep the door shut at all times. Needs to be fixed!“

„The house is beginning to show its age. Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre.“

„Brilliant! Huge open spaces, fantastic amenities, private, well maintained. Space to be alone and gather in large groups. Excellent cooking facilities…. All 3 bbq’s and the winner of the week a large capacity ice machine! We loved every minute and can not fault a single thing. With guests from 8-80yrs it catered for everyone. We all are planning a return trip..“

The cottage has a great outdoor covered deck which provided ample space for our family and friends to mingle. The property is very centrally located which was also handy.“
