„There were 6 adults and one 16 year old staying at the property. The facilities were perfect for our group. The hot tub was just what was needed at the end of a long, cold day. Girdwood area is beautiful and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great location. Next time we go, I'm going to check the opening of the ski resort just minutes away from the rental. „We stayed for three nights. We cooked and baked there. All the amenities we needed were available in the kitchen. Also had laundry. Very clean and easy access from airport and to town. If you are a light sleeper check if there are small children next door for VRBO. Neighbors can be heard from living room. But I didn’t notice it from bedroom. However when I notified the host she immediately called them and it quieted down. Plus the beds are so comfortable I heard nothing once I was in bed. Easy ...

„Went with 3 couples to bird cheek chalet for a friends 40th birthday. This place is very nice and spacious. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It’s pet friendly and the road is nice for walking your pet and you can get on the trail down to bird creek nearby. We skied Alyeska and it was about a 14 min drive. We also spent a relaxing day at the nearby Nordic Spa. The hot tub at the Chalet is a very nice addition and we were able to see the northern lights from it one night! The ...

„This home was the perfect place to stay for the Christmas vacation while visiting family. The home was exactly as described and very cozy! Roomy for our family of four with lots of room to spread out. The heated towel rack was cozy to warm up the towel when we got out of the shower! Owner very receptive in offering to come over to shovel snow. Goddies in the home was so nice for welcoming us into the house! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!“

„It was a nice place to stay for a few days before moving to Washington. It was conveniently located. No complaints, except someone checked to see if the front door was locked while I was there. It was a shock but I'm pretty sure it was just the owner making sure that I had the door locked or at least that's what I told myself.“
