„Idk where to start.. but first they advertise being kid friendly and it's not. They have nothing for kids to do so if you don't rent a car do not bring your kids here.. they will be bored. The staff is rude, you'll run into one or two employees that are attentive but other then that they're all rude and have no sense of urgency. The front never answers the phone if there's an emergency. And if you walk to the front late at night the doors are wide open with no security and no one at the front ...

We had to extend due to severe snowy conditions at home and second room kitchen was infested with ants. Road coming to property is a literal dirt road with many unsafe obstacles along the way. Also saw a mouse run across our floor. “
