„The first time went much better! I’m not sure if we will rent this property again. I couldn’t get any communication from host when I asked for a late checkout, weeks before our stay. The front door lock does NOT work and you have to walk up the stairs by the deck and go in that door. The master bath ceiling started leaking once it started snowing, looks like it’s been an issue for a bit. At 10AM the morning of our departure, a man came out to look at hot tub & remarked “foul”. „We stayed the last week of October at the property. It was perfect for our family. Short 15 minute drive from Kremmling and just minutes away from National Forest. Tons of wildlife around the property from deer to pronghorn. Very cozy house, especially during an all day winter storm. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!“

„This cabin provided just what we needed for a long weekend ski trip! Had everything we needed and felt very homey. Love the pellet stove. Super close to Steamboat for a steal of a price! Could definitely see our group staying here again! Gary was very helpful during the check-in process and a quick responder when needed.“

„The House was perfect, it was clean, organized, and slept 11 individuals without issue. Unfortunately we were there on a Snowmobiling trip which meant that with 11 guys we had 3 trucks with enclosed trailers. 2 of the 3 trucks at two differing times were stuck on the ICEY driveway and slid down to the street getting stuck. We ended up parking on the street and walking with gear up the driveway. It took us 2 hours to get them out. The snow plowing / ice maintenance was not conducive to ...

„We had a wonderful weekend at this cozy cabin! It was spacious and had everything we needed. We saw a lot of wildlife, it was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen items and we loved having the peloton bike and weights. The location was perfect for us as it was only 5 minutes from the wedding we were attending, and we loved that Steamboat was less than an hour away and we were able to spend an afternoon there. We are already thinking about when we can come back! “

"Die Unterkunft ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand Das Bett war auf einer Seite völlig durchgelegen Der Ventilator im Bad schrecklich laut Die Toilette lief dauernd endlos nach Das Frühstück sehr primitiv: nur Joghurts, abgepackter Saft und eingeschweisste Muffins Personal sehr freundlich und die Wäsche sauber"

"Check In war fast unmöglich, da wir die angekündigte E-Mail nicht erhalten haben. Eine persönliche telefonische Erreichbarkeit war nicht gegeben (nur AB). Check-In erfolgte nur mit Hilfe von Einheimischen, die sich für uns gekümmert haben (u.a. weitere Telefonnummer). Das ganze dauerte eine ganze Stunde. Auch das an der Anmeldung angegebenen WiFi-Netzwerk war nicht verfügbar (im Zimmer lagen dann neue Daten). Auch die Beschreibung der Unterkunft stimmt nicht mit der Realität überein. Im Text ist eine Küche angegebenen. Doch wir haben, wie in Hotels üblich, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank. Zur Kaffeemaschine gibt es noch die üblichen Pappbecher. Wenn kein Frühstück möglich ist, erwarte ich bei "Küche" Geschirr und Besteck, sowie eine Sitzmöglichkeit mit Tisch. Desweitern ist auch die Inneneinrichtung nicht intakt: Im Bad ist die Handtuchstange defekt / nicht mehr vorhanden. Das Licht im Raum ist eine Nachttischlampe, was vollkommen unzureichend ist. Der Raum ist extrem klein und für fast 160€/ Nacht nicht zu empfehlen. Bisher unsere Enttäuschung in den USA. "
