Moonpath Cottage in Kibbe Point-Lage, Lage - die ultimative romantische Flucht

Eines der beiden Cottages an der Spitze des Kibbe Point, South Hero, umgeben vom Wasser des Lake Champlain mit einem Ausblick nach Osten. Das Schwesternhaus Heron Dance ist über einen separaten Eintrag auf der HomeAway-Website (# 242458) zugänglich. Moonpath liegt über dem Wasser mit freiem Blick auf Vermonts Green Mountains und mehrere private Inseln. Keine Autos fahren vorbei, da wir das letzte Anwesen auf einer privaten Sackgasse sind. Moonpath ist von 200 Hektar üppiger Wiesen und 320 Meter sehr privaten Seeufer umgeben. Außergewöhnlich ruhig und die Natur ist überall um Sie herum. Dies ist die ultimative Flucht für kreative Typen oder jeden, der einfach nur von allem wegkommen möchte. Moonpath verfügt über eine private Uferterrasse sowie ein weiteres angrenzendes Deck, das mit dem Cottage verbunden ist. Moonpath ist sehr charmant und ist mit Antiquitäten und bequemen Möbeln ausgestattet. Sie ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigen. 25 Minuten nördlich von Burlington; 90 Minuten südlich von Montreal.

Magical escape
This hidden gem tucked away from the world put me under its spell at first look. The coziest cottage I've ever stayed at. The love and care of the owner is evidenced by the decor. Spent a majority of time on the upper deck. I'm a nature lover so I was delighted by the bird song and bunny. At dusk, we had our nightly visit in the meadow by beautiful deer. We will return and again enjoy a peaceful retreat from the world.

Paradise
We wanted a COOL place to spend some quiet time since we deal with extreme heat in Texas. Not only was the weather perfect but Moonpath exceeded all our expectations. We had everything there we could ever want. The decks are wonderful ... two of them! We spent a lot of time on the decks and gave up a lot of visits to the area simply because the beauty and serenity at Moonpath and the lake was all we needed (or wanted). Beautifully decorated and so many books to read, and we read plenty while there! We met Jan and she is a joy to talk to ... like a friend I already knew!

A magical place!

Great time at Moonpath Cottage
We had a great week at this delightful, comfortable cottage right on the beautiful shore of Lake Champlain. It is quiet and secluded but close enough to local businesses and major roads that it was a wonderful base for a week of exploring, eating out, shopping and all-around enjoyment. Jan and Sue were ideal hosts. They were helpful and friendly but gave us complete privacy so we could relax and recharge. We would happily stay here again!

Peaceful Bliss!
The moment I stepped onto the deck and then through the front door, I knew my week's vacation would be the most relaxing and rejuvenating one I'd taken in some time. We cannot say enough about this property! It was one of the best trips we have taken. The peace and tranquility is just what we needed and Moonpath did not disappoint!! This is our second stay at Moonpath Cottage. The serenity and beauty of its setting is what attracts us. What struck me the first time we stayed was and is the peacefulness of the cottage and surroundings. Try not to miss sunrise on the lake as well as moonrise that reflects a path of light across the lake. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals featuring abundant local produce. We enjoyed visiting orchards and farm stands in October. The weather was ideal.

Shades of summer camp
The perfect VRBO for those who are into rustic -- reminded me of my cabins from summer sleepaway camp. Highlights included: incredible wraparound views of Lake Champlain; small but really well-equipped kitchen (yeay for a vegetable steamer!); quiet, secluded location that abuts acreage from a family farm; and most of all, the owners Jan and Suzanne, who go out of their way to accommodate your every need (even secured me a spot in a nearby yoga class.) Moonpath is situated on a sloping hill, so the whole thing tilts a little, but I thought that just added to its charm. Hats off to the owners for creating a truly unique, welcoming, and relaxing place to stay.

This was a spur of the moment, 34th anniversary combined with visiting our 2 grown VT sons. The picture here is perfect & we miss it already! We were greeted warmly, lots of informative brochures, our dog, Dusty, loved it so much! Lots of chipmunks & squirrels!
