„The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. „Das Ascott Kuningan ist relativ zentral gelegen und gut für längere Aufenthalte aber auch für kürzere Zwischenstopps. Die Apartments bieten alles, was man braucht, auch eine Waschmaschine. Die Betten sind komfortabel, der Pool ist durchaus schön, aber nicht so groß. wie der Eindruck auf manchen Bildern vermuten ließe. Insgesamt sicher keine 5-Sterne, auch nicht 4,5, sondern einfach nur 4. obwohl groß, fehlt es den Apartments doch an dem luxuriösen Flair einer 5-Sterne Einrichtung. Auch ist im ...

„We have stayed in this property twice and we intend to return annually. The staff members are very nice, the apartment was prepared with the requested items and we even received a welcoming gift. The apartment has a spacious main bedroom with ensuite and a washing machine. There are some odd ergonomic issues like no power points in bathrooms and that the stove is side by side with the sink. These are minimal to us compared to the excellent service we received. Thank you Somerset Kencana!“

„Breakfast was not air conditioned, only option hot sweaty area or the smoking area. Breakfast options limited and poor quality. Asked for 2 fried eggs, took them 3 attempts, still didn't get it right, left hungry. Room layouts also not good Would never stay again“

„This is not a hotel standard in Jakarta, this is only apartment rental. I tried to call the owner to confirm my booking, but no answer. It just like lost at no where. If there were posibility to cancel my booking and return my money, i will do. Luckily I could convince apartment guards to give apartment key. Since now the owner never call me back. It very bad experiences and the rent price not worth at all.“

Our apartment nice, big and clean. We are traveling with an 1 year old baby and it was great they have a kitchen and also a washing machine (but we didn't use it). The bath rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast was good too. The staff at breakfast were friendly, great and kind too. Would definitely stay there again. But if you come at the hotel late at night, there are no restaurants, mini maret or shops near by. My family visited us shortly and we had a fabulous time there. This hotel was better than Pullm... or Sherat.. or four points by S...!!! Thank you Team Oakwood."
