Cory designs and renovate homes for a living and he has created a beautiful space just for you :-)

He lives in the master bedroom, which includes his private entrance, bedroom, & bathroom, on the other side of the common area.


Your private areas include two bedrooms, and a private full bathroom w/shower/tub combo. Your space is down the hallway next to the kitchen.

The kitchen, dining area, living area, study, W/D, coffee bar, and community fire pit/back yard are all shared with your host, Cory and his pets Ghost and Spirit his medium sized and friendly dogs, and his two cats Beatrix Kitto and Binx! (this is a dog and cat friendly home).

Shared community living is perfect for those who are looking for a more affordable and social way to stay in a nicely appointed and professionally cleaned home in South Lake Tahoe without the price tag of a private place.

You have private access to your two bedrooms, but the kitchen, bathroom, dining area, living room, study, driveway, and yard are all shared.

We do not allow sleeping in common areas, all members of your party must sleep in your private bedrooms.
During your stay
Ally is available 24/7 to answer any questions you have and make sure your stay is a comfortable and memorable one :-)

Cory and his fur babies are super friendly and love to meet their guests, but he will also follow your lead on social interaction and give you all the space you need. His master suite is on the far side of the house and your two areas are separated by the common area (kitchen/living room).

Essentials Provided: Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, lotion, TP, paper towels, coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper, dish soap, new sponge every turnover, laundry detergent, and more!

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (County Ordinance).
Regulations During Quiet Hours:
- HOT TUB USE IS FORBIDDEN DURING QUIET HOURS.
- No loud music or excessive noise.
- Occupancy, hot tub use, and noise are closely monitored and regulated.
- Non-compliance may result in a $1,000 fine.


During your stay, please be aware that Lake Tahoe is home to bears. Keep food secure and follow local guidelines to avoid encounters.

Kindly be aware that after your booking is confirmed, a rental agreement and ID verification will be sent for you to complete to stay in compliance with local laws.

A cancellation fee of 5% of the total amount charged applies and is non-refundable.

PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly home, but please note that we charge an additional, non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $100 per booking, that must be collected separately after you've secured your booking if you plan on bringing your pet.

We love pets and welcome them, but pets do require additional cleaning due to hair and dander. We are allowing you to bring your furry friend, but please understand that we still need to clean the home properly for everyone, and this requires an additional pet cleaning fee.
