„I stayed here with a group of 6 people - 2 grandparents, my husband and myself, and our 2 kids. We felt that the house was in a great location, very clean, and a nice atmosphere. The kitchen had all of the materials that we needed, and the family room and backyard were nice. We liked having 2.5 bathrooms for the 6 of us. It's about a 10 minute drive from Mickey & Friends and about a 15 minute drive from the Toy Story Lot. “

The property was beautifully furnished & extremely clean. Garage and street parking were a plus and we enjoyed several awesome restaurants in close proximity. „We’d totally stay here again. The property is good value for money and found the host/rental process very easy. We were three adult couples and had plenty of room. It could easily house two to three families. Though the furniture and appliances are a bit on the older side, we found things to be in good condition and working. The beds were comfortable, too. The house was cleaned to a very good standard. We sat out one evening for fireworks and the yards are nice! We did not use the hot tub, but ...

The only issue we encountered was with the upstairs bathroom toilet, which occasionally got stuck or wouldn’t flush properly. Despite this inconvenience, the overall atmosphere and communication with the host were excellent. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a stay in LA!“
