You’ll be in the Solare Tower of Bahia Mar’s exclusive and gated beachfront resort. The Space:
Dreaming of a little escape? Maybe a longer escape! Either way, this is the perfect getaway place for anyone who enjoys privacy, exclusivity and lots of space. Our two-story condo is inviting, relaxing, stylish, and with a comfortable home-like embrace. It’s perfect for a change of scenery, of routine, to rejuvenate your soul at the beach, or even to get some work done in a gorgeous setting!
As you enter, you’ll be greeted by exceptional views and a luminous open layout that receives lots of light. The sparkly kitchen has everything needed to prepare a meal at home, from stainless steel appliances to extras like a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher! Sit down at the plush dining table for 8 to enjoy a meal together. There’s also a breakfast bar with bar stools for extra seating or a quick snack or coffee.
Besides the fabulous view, the living room area features two comfy sofas in front of a large wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV with cable for those moments at home with your favorite shows or a movie together after a fun day of seaside adventure. With direct access to a private bay view balcony via wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that you can open to create a wonderful indoor/outdoor flow of air! Step outside to enjoy the view, catch a sunset or just relax with a beverage.
When it’s time to rest for the night, there are three bedrooms upstairs, two of which have beautiful views from bed. All have Smart TVs and private bathrooms! Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, Bedroom 2 has two queen beds, and Bedroom 3 has two twin/single beds.
Additional highlights include WiFi for streaming TV services or working on your laptop, a washer and dryer and ironing equipment, linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, hairdryers, and 2 car parking spaces onsite.

The Neighborhood:
South Padre Island offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.
Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!
Other Things to Note:

- Please note the condo is on the 11th floor. There is an elevator, but in the unlikely event the fire alarms sound, you’ll be required to walk down the stairs.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.
- The gym will be closed until January 15th due to maintenance work.
Interaction with Guests:
Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.
