Great location and views even better Condo was perfect for our family of 3. Only issue we had was the condo only had one working elevator so made wait times a bit longer than usual but besides that we a great stay.

The view was spectacular. Awesome deck! Plenty of good restaurants on the island. The weather in April is perfect. The kitchen was just right. Spotless clean. Negatives: the parking garage gate was a minor issue. If I’m vacationing in the Valley, I will make every effort to have that same Suite again.

The most fabulous balcony
Wanted a place where we could recharge and just watch the beach. And this property was perfect. Clean, quiet, comfortable and not cluttered. Parking in the building and very helpful staff in the front office. But, most of all, the balcony. An unobstructed view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We spent hours on the balcony watching and listening to the waves. Just perfect.

Decent Condo, but Awesome View
This place is right on the beach. You could yell down to someone on the beach and talk to them. Large, private balcony was awesome. That’s what I wanted when I booked this place and it delivered. The actual condo was fine. A few small issues: They had no shampoo or washcloths, even though the listing said they provided everything but beach towels. The towels were really rough. The couch felt a bit sandy, though on the beach maybe that’s just going to happen. Bed had no headboard. Wi-Fi was mostly okay, it would fall out of service every once in a while. But the A/c and hot water worked well, so those little things weren’t much of an issue for us. Property manager was responsive.

This condo is an AMAZING find! It is more spacious than it appears in photos, well stocked, and was very clean upon our arrival. NOT ONLY does it provide direct beach access & a gorgeous view, it is also located within walking distance to Wanna Wanna & a few other eateries and attractions. We stayed for 8 days and during that time did not encounter anything we needed that was not provided. It has a full set of dishes, cookware, a filter coffee pot, can opener, blender, etc. Starter paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags were provided. There was an abundance of clean white towels for our bathroom use, and the sheets were fresh and crisp. One review mentioned a "lumpy" mattress, however this was not the case for us, we found the bed very comfortable. There was an air mattress provided however we did not need it, as both the couch and main chair recline and are very comfortable, so much so that the kids insisted on sleeping on those! There was a slight issue with one of the televisions so I contacted the owner. Not only is James very friendly and personable, but he took immediate action to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I could tell that he very much values customer service, and makes the needs of his renters a very high priority. Several reviews mentioned tight parking which had me nervous, however we drive a full size truck and never encountered an issue. James, thank you again for sharing your beautiful condo with us, we look forward to staying again soon!

Check in and out was super easy. I spoke with James, the owner of this unit about dirty floors. James told me housekeeping would return the next day to clean the floors again (?) That never happened. After looking around this unit, there were sooooo many issues,too many to count really. From soiled bed linens,stained old bath towels, dirty dishes, dirty everything, etc. ,etc.,etc.I sent James many pictures of these issues, and zero response from him. Extremely disappointed with this unit, #803. I will never stay here again.

The view from the balcony was excellent. We drank coffee & watched several beautiful sunrises & sunsets. The walk to the beach was quick & easy & the water was warm. We weren't impressed with the onsite pool, the lumpy mattress & the garage parking, which was a challenge - there were very few spaces. But we loved the nearby restaurants & coffee shops, especially Kelly's. The shopping was easy too. Overall we'd give the entire experience 4 out of 5 stars. And we had a great time! Thank you!

This is an awesome place. Condo was spacious, clean, well stocked, but the best thing is that it is right on the beach. And you have a million dollar view from the huge balcony. We will be staying there again.

Awesome Beach View
The condo was perfect for 2 people! It was small and efficient and perfect for the 2 of us! The balcony is big and the view was everything! We couldn’t get the hot water to work the first day, but was fixed the next day! The TV in the bedroom didn’t work, but the living room has a big TV and a sectional with 2 automatic recliners. It was so comfy after a day in the sun to sit and watch a movie!
