Diese am Strand gelegene Villa mit sieben Schlafzimmern am Strand verfügt über einen eigenen Zugang zum Strand, einen besonders großen Außenpool, einen Whirlpool und ein Dampfbad, um nur einige zu nennen. Dieses Haus verfügt über eine Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem privaten Wohnbereich sowie ein großes Master-Bad und 1 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und einem mit zwei Queensize-Betten verbundenen Bad. 1 Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad, 1 Queensize-Bett mit eigenem Bad, 1 Kingsize-Bett mit einem 1/2 Bad und zwei Einzelbetten mit eigenem Bad. Enthält auch ein Dienstmädchen mit eigener Küche, Waschküche, Kino, privater Essbereich, Bibliothek, zwei Wohn- / Sammelbereiche und insgesamt 3 Küchen. Die Garage bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Autos innen und 3 Autos draußen. Hat auch einen privaten Eingang von der Straße. Der Außenpool, der Whirlpool und das Dampfbad sind das Sahnehäubchen! Die 3 Wohnbereiche sind sehr komfortabel mit der perfekten Beleuchtung und Sitzanordnung für Unterhaltung. Everyone agreed that having beach access so close was a plus. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and have personal space or places to gather for meals and games. The downside was that the home needed much updating from the plumbing to the furniture.

Large, spacious home with direct access to the beach and private swimming pool. Great for multiple families! Management company was very responsive to any issues or concerns that arose. Would love to stay at this property again, especially for the beach access.

Location was amazing, but.....
First, let me say this house was big enough for our entire family (16) and there couldn't be a better location for a beach house. That said, here are a few things we didn't like about the house: - the back sliding door to the pool area was impossible to open for anyone under 15 and needs to either be put back on track or greased for easier operation. - the TV in the main living room didn't have a remote and the TV in the media room took about a day to figure out the operation (although the media room was nice for the kids in the evening). - the pool, while usable, needs a ton of work (resurfacing) so it's not so rough on your feet. - the beach is a very short walk down a private walkway, however, the home is right next to the public entry so you must set up early or risk losing the beach space right in front of your own place. - 3 kitchens in the home. this sounds really cool, but you need to go in with a plan on how to use them appropriately. I'd suggest using the kitchen by the pool for your drinks, mid-day snacks, maybe sandwiches. I'd use the kitchen on the second floor to cook your breakfasts/dinners as it has access to tables and more space. - the overall motif/decoration is old, functional, but old. The carpets in main master are dirty and the bed squeaks a ton. - downstairs room with tiny twin beds would be better served with a bunk bed(s). We did have a good time, I would expect nicer accommodations for the price paid. I would go back once updates are completed.

Nice house but really needs updated
Beautiful home but it really needs updated. Appliances are ancient and barely work. Furniture is disrepair. This must have been a very lovely home but is in bad need of updates. The home is huge! We really enjoyed the pool, patios and did have a great time. Staff is awesome!

Plenty of Room
Size of property is unique and meets my family’s needs. I was disappointed that “beach restoration “ process shrunk the available space and compacted beach goers. The last full day of our visit the restoration process moved in front of the property we were staying at restricting our access to the beach. Management Group never warned us ahead of time regarding the “beach restoration “ project and in particularly that we would have restricted access. My calls to discuss with a manager were never returned and I asked again at check out to be contacted by a manager and am still waiting. Great property with lots of room but be sure to inquire about beach access before renting otherwise you may be surprised and disappointed.

Great for Spring Break
We had a large group for Spring Break. The house worked very well for everyone. We could spread out into different areas OR all conjugate in the main kitchen for entertainment. The location was perfect. Although the weather was quite windy we all had a great time. The pool/hot tub/steam room were a plus! We had a few issues during the stay but the management company and personnel were very quick to respond and take care of us. I highly recommend this house if you are planning to visit South Padre with a lot of people.

Awesome vacation
Been doing annual SPI vacation with family for over thirty years. Family has grown requiring bigger and bigger place. This place had more space than we could ever need and checked every box you could imagine. Definitely recommend this place and property management company was the best I have ever experienced.

The size and location of the house fit our family of 17 very well. Having 3 kitchens, several living rooms, separated bedrooms were all a plus. At one time I am sure this house was magnificent but unfortunately it needs repair. Some things were important, others were not. The kids loved the pool but unfortunately it was not very clean.

The house was plenty big and had enough bathrooms. There were a lot of ants in the backyard grass. Theater room was good but need to update directions that are posted. The young man who came to help us with the theatre room was very nice. If you leave unopened food in the refrigerator the cleaning crew can have it. Needed to know the trash day and whether to sit the trash outside the gate or not. The electric gate did not work but we closed it manually. All in all a good experience very good location. walking to the beach had a pretty steep incline to climb over- need more rugs.

Beautiful Location for Family Fun
Awesome spot! We had a great time being able to walk right from the pool to the beach and then to the steam room to warm up! We weren’t sure if we would use all 3 kitchens, we ended up really enjoying using 1 for cooking food and 1 for making drinks! We also enjoyed watching movies in the theatre room. We were close enough to amenities to walk but ended up renting a golf cart and had a blast riding it around the island. Thanks to the property managers for being so responsive whenever we had a question. We had a wonderful time bonding as a family and what an amazing place to do it. 😊

Great location deferred maintenance an issue
The location is awesome, right on the beach. As in other comments, agree that the house has a lot of deferred. The most frustrating ones are the blinds in the bedrooms facing the ocean don't open. When pointed that out at check in, person said they work, so we asked her to open them. She couldn't either. The carpet is very soiled. When we asked if we should take pictures of it so they know, she said they are aware. Paper notes over electrical outlets saying " do not use", and plumbing issues, (they have plungers for your use). Again, location is great, house would be amazing if it repaired properly.

Definitely a Mansion!
Had to pickup the keys from the office, so we weren't given a walk through, but the place was so big it made it enjoyable to explore the house and figure everything out for ourselves. It truly was a mansion. Seemed a like a bit older house but has been kept up well. Pool was nice. There was an issue with the gas, so we weren't able to use 2 of the 3 stove tops, but the 3rd was electric and worked fine. Theater room was nice too, works best if you bring a laptop/roku/etc to hook up and watch what you'd like. I also ended up leaving something behind and owners were great about me coming back to retrieve what I left a day later. Overall a great experience!

Wonderful home on the beach
This home was a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone and it was so nice to have the pool & hot tub to ourselves. Getting to the beach was as easy as leaving the backyard. Some of the features were a little outdated, but it wouldn't deter me from staying there again. Theater room was the only real disappointment (No DVDs available, No HDMI input to receiver to bypass DVD player, Projector is old and dim). Turns out we just didn't use the theater room like we originally thought we would. Highly recommend this property!

The property, as advertised, was large. It had a great balcony and view/access to the beach. The second floor was nicer than the first. But the house is in need of repair and updates and a very good cleaning - especially in the age of COVID-19

The house is great for family friends get together - separate spaces for both adults and grow up college kids. Beautify view and easy access to beach! We had great time. Manager Debbi was great! Love the property and planning to come again in the future!
