„My wife and I stayed here for four nights, first time back in Kauai since we honeymooned on the island in 2000, 25 years ago!We liked the condo. The unit was clean and the view was superb, only steps from the Pacific.Some small negatives did get noticed, though. The noise of people walking by our ground floor unit was heard on both the lanai and front door sides. Heard loud kids at 11:30 at night from the bedroom, which has windows to the outside walkway and parking lot beyond. Also please note ...

„The unit needs to be cleaned well and updated. It has a sunrise view, probably nicer before the recent construction. Sunset views can be had within the property. The complex is nicely maintained. Kitchen supplies were adequate, more mixing bowls, tupperware containers and a tea kettle would be nice additions. The smoke detector was beeping. Mgmt did not respond to text. Lightbulbs burned out. Drapes and sofa were dirty. Window in secondary bedroom is broken, did not open. Water and sun ...

„Perfect place to be on Kauai; location, neighbourhod, near beaches, short distances to other locations in zhe south part of Kauai; we loved our stay there very much!“

„This was a wonderful VRBO with access to the Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail. It is also only less than 5 minutes to drive to Poipu Beach and shipwreck beach. The unit had 4 beach chairs and three pairs of snorkels and fins available for use. The listing does say partial ocean view but the picture shows different, so just realize you have a partial ocean view from a balcony. I would definitely stay here again.“

The view is exceptional-we watched surfers and turtles from the balcony every evening. We never turned on the A/C or TV. The sunsets were spectacular. We snorkeled at several beaches but found Lawai beach to have the most varied fish-only a few minutes walk. Very close to Spouting Horn and Allerton/McBryde ...
