In addition to this event, Balingup offers local cafes with excellent coffee and a welcoming atmosphere. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot showers.

- Firewood provided for free
- Pets are allowed by prior notice
- No unregistered guests allowed
- We are happy to rent out our personal caravan for people with families. We can rent that out at $50 per night. They will need to bring their own bedding though. Please pay directly to the land host.
- We ask guests to bring their own drinking water
- Telstra has good signal, while the rest has no signal
- No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We don't have any pets, but occasionally, our neighbors' cows may wander onto our property
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
