Modernly furnished, the spacious living/dining room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table for four. The area features floor-to-ceiling windows leading onto a private and furnished balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook delicious meals, including an electric plate, an oven and a microwave.

The bedroom is a pleasant space with a king bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers to store your belongings.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

The property is only 1.5 km from Woolston and 2.4 km from Southampton Central and Sholing stations. This area offers much, from easy access to public transportation to a range of local amenities. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Late checkout may be possible upon request.
