Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.Located just minutes from Whale Bay Beach and Port Royal Golf Course.There is access to a private dock 100 yards from your living space for swimming,kayaking,and fishing.Other close amenities include hotel,restaurants,spa,ferry station,supermarket,walking trail,farm and cycle rental.
Our fully air conditioned apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms,1 en-suite and the other with adjacent bathroom.One has a queen bed while the other has a double bed.Both have very comfortable mattresses and cotton sheets.
The kitchen boasts stove,fridge,microwave,keurig,blender and toaster.
Extra guests may sleep in the living room which has a queen convertible sofa as well as a single convertible chair. The rate of $275 is for 2 guests and there is a $25 per night charge for each additional guest .The dining set seats 6.The outside patio has ocean views.
There is a washer and dryer for your private use.
There are 3 smart flat screen TVs .Free Wi-Fi is provided.
If you choose to rent an electric car or twizzy we have a charging station on site.
Please note that water shoes are required when swimming off the Dock.
We also provide a gas BBQ grill.

A wonderful time at this beautiful apartment with my family. Near our favorite beach-West Whale Bay- easy access to the bus stop and private dock. The apartment was spotless, with everything we needed and many extras. The owners were accessible insuring that are stay was perfect. Our time there was too short, only three days, but we will will return to this special place.

Cute But Deceiving
Advertised that the beach and dock were “near” but the beach was at least a 10-15 minute walk all up hill. It was very lovely once we got there. We could not find the small grassy pathway between the hedges that led to the dock due to high grass so we ended up having to ask someone. Kayaks were lying all over the pathway and very old and dirty. There were only 4 bottles of water for 4 people for 5 days, which would have been ok if the water and ice maker in the refrigerator had been working to at least get ice. The ants everywhere throughout the house were a bit of an issue although we understand they were there due to the rain.

Lovely home and a perfect location!
I really enjoyed my stay here and would absolutely stay again. The home is located close to the main road, near bus stops, near the railway trail for exercising, and a short walk from West Whale Bay, the nicest beach in Bermuda. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the owners were very helpful. Plenty of room, and a lovely patio with comfortable lounge chairs. I definitely recommend!

Location was perfect for our family of 6
We loved staying in Rosalyn and Marshall's home. They were welcoming and answered all our questions, both before we arrived and during our visit. Their home was tidy and the linens were crisp and white. We enjoyed having our morning coffee in the outdoor eating area that overlooked the harbor. Whale Bay Beach is AMAZING! It felt like we had our own private beach because there were rarely any other swimmers, maybe 4 at most. We swam and snorkeled in the crystal blue waters during the day and enjoyed sunsets in the evening. The bus stop was convenient and we used it to travel to the Maximart, Hamilton, Dockyard, Horseshoe Bay and to Art Mel's (where we had the BEST fish sandwich of our lives). Wadson's Produce Farm is a short walk away. We loved their fish chowder and sour dough bread. Thank you to Rosalyn and Marshall for sharing your beautiful property with our family. Our vacation was truly magical and we can 't wait to go back.

Nice local experience
Marshall and Rosalyn were excellent hosts! They had a pack and play, toys and high chair all ready for our baby. They were always available for questions and gave great tips on things to do. Highlight was the beautiful local Whale Bay beach and Battery. There is a small view of the water from the downstairs apartment but the view in the listing is from the upstairs balcony so maybe swap for the downstairs view. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Location
Rosalyn and Marshall's home is in an excellent location in Southampton. It is close to beaches, the Dockyard, Watson's farm, and golf, all of which we could access either by bus or by taxi driven by a person referred by Rosalyn. We will definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives who are considering a trip to Bermuda.

Ideal Southampton Location
The two bedroom, two bath apartment with full kitchen, dining area and living room was perfect for my sister and me making your first visit to Bermuda. We took a taxi to the rental. It's only a few minutes to the bus stop, which we had planned to use as we did not rent an electric (there is a charging hook-up) or bikes. The Railtrail is also located at the bus stop. We had planned to walk a lot but Middle Road is narrow and not suitable for walking. The bus made stops everywhere we wanted to from the Dockyard to St. George's and Hamilton, the lighthouse, and caves and beaches along South Road. There are crosswalks and drivers will stop for you to cross over. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes and condiments in the kitchen and we used the washer and dryer one time. Appliances were newer and we had no problems with anything. We communicated with the owners, who lived above us, by text over the very fast WiFi. All in all a very enjoyable stay. My sister said she could live in Bermuda.

This appartment was amazing. 2 bed 2 bath, and everything we needed for 2 couples to stay comfortably for a week or more. The views were spectacular and also very close to a nice small beach and bus stops. Roslyn and Marshall were excellent hosts with great info about the island. The location is great! Due to the home being on top of hill, the view was very nice and there was almost a constant breeze to keep us comfortable when sitting outside on the patio...even in late July. The rooms were spacious and clean. The property owners are super nice, provided everything we needed, and kept in touch to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We enjoyed a brief swim at the nearby dock, and a daily visit from the most loving cat we have ever encountered. Though we rented scooters, we could also easily travel via the pink bus as the bus stop is literally a 2-minute walk. We walked to West Whale Bay for an awesome sunset view. We were sad to leave but hope to return to the island soon and will definitely stay here again if the property is available.

Safe, Clean and Comfortable
This ground floor apartment was clean and spacious enough for my party of six. The hosts Ros. and Marshall were both accommodating and friendly. The location was ideal (a private dock and snorkel gear), a 5min walk to West Whale Bay beach (beautiful) 30min to both Hamilton and DockYard. We utilized the bus service and the Hitch ride share for our transportation needs which was easy and efficient. Very scenic island immersed in history. Will stay again.

Our visit was delightful. This home away from home was welcoming and spotless. Our hosts have taken care to provide anything needed by a vacationer, from available bus tickets to maps and recommendations for activities and dining. The location is central to the Railway Trail and within walking distance of many beaches. The peace and tranquility of a beautiful setting with incredible views is definitely worth return visits!!
