„This property is a wonderful find. Very spacious and spotless upon arrival. Wonderful sunroom for puzzling and games. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is full stocked with dishes and cookware. Will definitely stay here again. “

„Stayed here for New Year's Eve so we didn't have to drive. Easy walk to the Green Gateau and the Bourbon Theater. Comfortable bed and great K cups for revival in the morning. “

„Loved this property for my family of 4. It was great to have the separate bedroom with multiple sleeping options. With it being a basement, we could hear some noise from upstairs, but it wasn’t too bad (something I was worried about since I’m a light sleeper). Would definitely stay here again. “

„We liked the coffee bar in the morning. We didn’t like not being able to park in the basement. That would have made a difference. Communication was bad, it was very hard to get someone to speak with regarding all the issues that we had from the beginning of our stay. “

„A great little house in an excellent location. My family and I reserved the house for Thanksgiving while visiting our son at Nebraska Wesleyan. As advertised the house was well stocked and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back as we plan future trips to Lincoln. Thank you!“

„Enjoyed the stay overall. Owner adjusted days a few days before due to weather circumstances. It is a cute house. I will say the beds are soft, so if you like a firm bed, be aware of that. Also, yes, the heater and water heater are loud when they come on, but they work. I'd stay here again if I come back in the area.“

„We stayed for three weeks. It was a comfortable little house with all the amenities necessary for a stay! The only thing I would say is that the pillows and the bedding could have been a bit softer and warmer. Other than that it was a good stay!“
