Mellisa the property manager goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and she remembers us every time, leaving a sweet note on our papers for us when we come in late. Really enjoy her hospitality!“

„Atmosphere. Love the cozy cabin feel with the fire place. Good selection of wood as well. What I didn’t like was I found dirty Kleenex under the bed. Also there is carpet in the cabin which I felt was dirty. “

„We had a lovely stay at Eagle Rock. Pauline’s place is extremely clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and games area. The highlight for our family was the upper deck with stunning views for morning coffee, family meals and games or evening soaks in the hot tub observing the stars. Looking forward to returning! “

„I received an email at 10pm the night before our stay to say this reservation was cancelled. The note said “water leakage has still not been fixed due to heavy rain”. There had never been an alert that there was possibly a problem - the 10pm cancellation was the first we’d heard of it. Needles to say, we had to scramble to find alternate accommodation for the next day. We had to stay in a motel in Richmond. I highly recommend not booking this property that has such poor communication.“

„The studio suite was very clean, uncluttered, and aesthetically attractive. It was very quiet and peaceful with a lovely view of water through the trees. Apparently there was even a wind storm while we were there but we heard nothing. The only thing we missed were walking trails. Walking was on the road and parks were a car ride away.“

„We spent 10 days in Meredith and Scott's suite with three friends, working and adventuring. The location was perfect—close to the airport and ferry terminal, and with easy access to the highway for trips into downtown Victoria. The suite itself was spacious enough for everyone to have their own privacy, filled with natural light, and featured a large deck with a peaceful, scenic view. „Personal und Essen super! Zimmer ins alter gekommen, aber sauber! Sehr leise obwohl der Flughafen nicht weit weg ist! Lage ist praktisch und der Zug zum Flughafen und zum Zentrum hält direkt vor dem Hotel ! Leider zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit ist noch viel Raum nach oben! Nur kleine Plastik Flaschen mit Shampoo usw :( “

"Zentral in der Nähe des Flugfafen gelegenes Hotel. Ideal zur Vorübernachtung vor einer Kreuzfahrt. Sehr gutes Restaurant und sehr freundliches Personal. Ausstattung leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gute Anbindung per Metro in die Innenstadt und nach Granville Island."

"Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Wir haben das Hotel als Anlaufpunkt so Hin- und Rückreise von Vancouver ausgenutzt. Auf der Hinreise hatten wir Zimmer mit einem Fenster zu einer lauten Straße zugewandt. Beim Auschecken haben wir für die Rückreise (3 Wochen später) um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten. Dies lag dann zur anderen Seite raus und war deutlich leiser… Als Anlaufpunkt nach einer langen Anreise von Deutschland Mit einem kostenlosen Shuttle -Service war es sehr praktisch… Ebenso als Übernachtung zum Abflug wieder nach Hause… Die AnBindung an Vancouver Downtown mit dem Sky Train (Haltestelle in circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen) war sehr praktisch. Das Personal sehr freundlich und das Nationale Frühstück völlig ausreichend. Alles prima."
