„Stayed here for one night on our back to Texas from Florida. The property was extremely comfortable with almost every kitchen amenity you could think of. The teens loved having their own room and loved the glow in the dark toilet seats. The master suite was also comfortable. This is more of a preference, but the only set of blinds in the entire house was on the front door. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and loved how responsive and welcoming the host was. Would definitely stay here again!“

„Our stay was fantastic. Both hosts were on top of any requests or information we requested. Property owner was welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond for us. Breakfast was scrumptious, with a fabulous homemade gravy. Yum. The kayak trip was perfect and we were able to launch and return to the B&B, although hosts offer drop off and pick up at numerous stops along the river. We definitely will stay again.“

The facilities were clean, well maintained, supplied with everything we needed and provided spacious accommodations while providing individual family privacy as needed. The owner was very approachable and provided well written instructions & information in a binder located in the family room.
