The location was perfect. The place was nicely decorated. Sleeping was uncomfortable as the mettresses (all) were too soft. The place is infested with carpenter bees and spiders. The coffeemaker makes one cup at a time and very slowly. Due to poor sleeping we left early.

Perfect for the family reunion
The perfect rental for our family reunion, the space was bright, clean and welcoming. We appreciated the outdoor balcony in the mornings, overlooking the lake, and the pool on the hot afternoons. An excellent rental and we’d definitely consider returning. One tip - some of the beds are extraordinarily soft, not everyone’s preference. We made it work because we also had a local option at Grandpa’s house, so we were able to move people around to accommodate preferences. Otherwise everything was just perfect.

Cleanliness
The Condo was very dated. The carpeting in the bedrooms need to be replaced, they seemed clean except for a few stains but were worn so the traffic areas looked dirty. The sheets had stains on them as well as the pillows, this I noticed when we stripped the beds when we left.The windows all had cobwebs on them, mostly outside. Several lightbulbs burned out. And the mattresses all need to be replaced. It was a reasonable price and loved having the pool.

Chose for the lake view
Overall positive experience. The condo is in need of some updates (bathrooms, blinds, shower drain, mattress). We did not care for the door code provided as it would seem too easy to be guessed. When inquired, was told essentially that nothing could be done. The queen mattress needs replacing and was uncomfortable for the 2 of us. While there is a single cup coffee maker, not enough coffee was provided for two people for 3 days (did not make time to contact rental company). Some of the individual vertical blinds were missing or would fall when opening or closing. Pros: Nice view. Quiet neighborhood. Easy in and out. Good location. As a result, I cannot award a 5 star rating. But it does not fall as low as a 3 star

Wedding Weekend Stay
We came in for a wedding at The Fair Barn. The property was just what we needed. Quiet, with plenty of room for multiple people to get ready for a wedding after setting up, and then also enough room to be able to decompress after a long day. It was perfect!

We stayed here in early April for my sisters 80th birthday who lives in Pinehurst. The condo was perfect- Immaculate, bright, looking right out on the lake, quiet, easy parking, everything you might need for a stay. What a nice surprise to find birthday balloons and a delicious cake on our arrival ! Thank you so much! Also I want to mention I unfortunately left my I pad and sunhat there; I spoke with the cleaning staff and she had found it . She was so pleasant and sent it to me promptly. So thoughtful and much appreciated! I highly recommend this property. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay
We were so pleased with our stay in this condo. We were there for 2 weeks and were very satisfied with our decision to book our stay here. We came from California to visit family. The Owner/property manager did a wonderful job of making it a warm and inviting atmosphere to be in. They went as far as putting up a Christmas tree with lots of extras. Lovely location!
This was a working vacation and the view from "my office" was awesome! I was able to walk at lunchtime and everyone was friendly. The only negative is that the area is deemed a "low light" area and one of the light bulbs was out on the porch. As you are not allowed to check in until after 4, it was difficult to find the condo. I would stay again in a heart beat!

We chose Pinehurst and this particular location for our personal chill out and we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and charming the location was . Extremely relaxing and was everything that was advertised. We would highly recommend this particular area, “even” if you do not play golf . We found the area to have plenty of choices for dining and water activities . Just to sit and enjoy a view without outside interference. We found this was the location needed. The process for checking in and out was extremely professional and convenient. Would highly recommend and would like to return again .

My husband and I had positive expectations for our stay and they were totally exceeded by our experience. There was helpful information prior to our arrival including contact information for questions which we used. In communicating with Janet, she answered our questions and described amenities she was providing for our stay. We felt the welcome before we stepped into the condo. Upon arrival, we were delighted with the decor, the view of the lake, the quality of linens, and full complement of kitchen supplies, cookware, and dishes. We were more than satisfied and would return in a heartbeat!
