This home is the tranquil getaway that grants you the ideal level of peace of mind and comfort. The four rooms in this house are furnished with a bed, a standing mirror, and a chest of drawers. The master bedroom is fitted with a beautiful and comfortable king-size bed, while the other three rooms are fitted with royal queen-size beds. The downstairs level of the house is where the family memories are made.

As you walk through the front door a family room and living room greet you from both ends of the house. The kitchen, fitted with white cupboards, an electric stove, a new microwave/oven, and a refrigerator, stands adjacent to the dining room, fitted with a six-seater table, to maintain the open-concept nature of the house. A bolstered flatscreen television, with cable, towers over the black ottoman in the center of the living room.

The dining room is positioned before the sliding doors that lead to the backyard which is furnished by a large finished deck with a four-seater patio set. The sunrise and sunset can be welcomed every morning and night on this deck and the barbeques that can be had in this backyard are truly spectacular. A trail for walking, running, and/or bicycle riding is located right before the house, so it is easily accessible.

A small town plaza is fifteen minutes walk away or a three-minute drive. The town's supermarket, namely Foodland, and a couple of local restaurants are located in this plaza. Tourist attractions, such as Wasaga Beach and Blue Mountains are just under an hour away.
