The apartment includes a bedroom, a living room and a kitchen corner & dining table, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. But the most impressive part is the large terrace, opening a stunning view of the sea, the islands of St. Ivan and St. Kirik, as well as the marina in the Old Town of Sozopol.

The apartment is suitable for three adults or two adults and two children. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, dishes and tableware. Here you will find hotplates, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle for hot water and a microwave oven. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the living room has a sofa bed and flat screen TV. For your convenience, we provide high-speed Internet and interactive TV.

Within the complex, you have free access to 5 outdoor pools, an outdoor gym, as well as a wellness center and a sports complex with 8 tennis courts and 1 football field under preferential conditions. For children, there are 4 children's pools and a playground where they can have fun. And for your comfortable mobility in the complex, internal transport with electrical carts is available.

We offer you an excellent location - only a 12-15 minute walk from the Old Town of Sozopol (to the south) and the Kite Bar and Camping Garden (to the north). For your comfortable accommodation, we provide you with a free parking space, and in the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is a municipal parking lot at a price of BGN 2 per hour and BGN 12 per day (after the sixth hour), as well as a public transport stop.
