„House location was great, but of course you’re not far from anything on Spanish Wells. The beach view, the back deck and the beach itself is phenomenal. Could not ask for a better beach, especially at low tide with a huge sandbar out in front. The layout of the home is good and the kitchen is very well equipped. „This house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fabulous! We were able to walk out during low tide and see so many sea creatures and at high tide, we had baby sharks, rays and turtles swimming by. Sacha was a great host who arranged so many details for us, keeping our vacation simple and uncomplicated. I would highly recommend Sea Breeze for a great stay on Spanish Wells. “

„This place is a great refugium and the spot can't get any better. If you prefer it causal, this place is hard to beat. Supermarket is in walking distance and to the harbor to buy some fish, takes about 10 minutes with the golf cart. There are kayaks in the shack to get out to the sandbank. From time to time we somehow managed it to bounce-off with a old fallen nut some green coconuts from the palm trees on the property to harvest our own coconut water - awesome. „Our hosts were awesome. Beach house was perfect for us and the view was incredible. Gulf car access easy to everything on the island. We bugged our hosts daily and they were quick to help with setting up tours, recommendations to and from airport etc. “

The house is just what we needed- the view is incredible, with a private and quiet property. The kitchen and house was well stocked with supplies. „Very comfortable for 4 adult women. Kitchen was very well stocked making cooking easy. Lots of outdoor seating and very close to an outstanding beach. Location was perfect, close to grocery and very walkable. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and have already discussed possibly returning. „Our stay at this house could have been perfect if it had not been for two issues. The first one has to do with the accuracy of online listing in terms of location, it seems it is by the beach or at least at a pretty close walking distance but it is not actually like that, the second issue, which is a major one, is the problem with electric power the island suffers. We spent almost two days without electricity and it is something we should have been warned beforehand so we could make a decision ...
