„The cottage is all that we had hoped for and more. It’s beautiful and clean and as stated, cozy. The river and ponds were an added bonus. It was so peaceful and relaxing. „We really loved staying here for a week at the end of June. Sadly the temperatures were above average and the single window air unit was not enough to circulate through out the entire house. We didn't want to leave the windows open while we weren't there because of our four dogs. Also the lack of a fenced yard will stop us from returning. „Great location. Nice to hear Big Wilson Creek in the evening. Enjoyed seeing some good sized trout in the stream, but left my flyrod at home. Lucky fish. Saw several species of birds and heard more. We love blueberry picking in nearby Grayson Highlands State Park. We worked hard for our berries, but they are worlds better tasting than domestic berries and fun to pick. „My son and I did a motorcycle trip and stayed here. Perfect guys getaway place and launchpad to ride the snake and other great roads around there. Not sure why the listing says there’s a hot tub but we didn’t care. Love the big porch! Hope the place is maintained and available again in the future.“
