Fully furnished home in Spartanburg. 2 Bedrooms furnished with queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, 50" SmartTV in living room and 43" in upstairs bedroom with cable and WIFI access. Nice driveway, fenced in back yard. There is not a back door inside the house that leads to the fenced yard. Great place for quick getaway to Spartanburg, Greenville or surrounding areas, great for business people traveling or visiting family in the area. Note there are crowing roosters near the property that can be your wakeup alarm. Sound machines in bedrooms and ear plugs available

Visiting family in Boiling Springs
This little place was perfect for the three of us. The bungalow is not fancy but it is very clean and a very efficient use of the space. There were some very minor noise issues but all the little thoughtful extras (ear plugs, toiletries, snacks) more than made up for. When we were there it was hot as heck but the AC was wonderful!

Great spot
We stayed at this property for a college graduation weekend and it was perfect for us. We chose it for the fenced in yard (although we ended up not bringing the dog) but it would have been perfect. The host was quick to respond to any questions, the property was clean, I loved the coffee area, and the roosters didn’t bother us at all!

Nice Property
We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this worked out great for us. There was a small issue with the listing but sometimes that happens. The house was clean and smelled good. We made breakfast one morning which was a hard as there wasn't a skillet, only half of the toaster worked and the microwave didn't have much power to cook bacon. Overall, I would stay their again. The roosters didn't both us much at all. Also Sheila was very flexible with our check out time as were at the tournament until late Sunday.

The Best Place we have stayed hands down
The House was very spacious and very clean. The property owner had excellent communication and the process of checking in was easy. Inside the house was full of goodies, chips, snacks, chocolates. The kitchen had every utensil you needed, pots, pans, spices, can opener, baking items, glasses, knives, plates, and bowls. The beds were comfortable as well as the couches and chairs. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors nice. We felt at home the minute we walked in. I will tell you, you wont be disappointed in this house. We will book again in near future.

Host was great. Felt very welcomed. Property location a bit iffy but suited our needs. Place does not have an eating table, downstairs bed may be way too soft for many guests. Again a decent value, especially if you need a dog friendly place to stay in this area.

Perfect house
I came for continuing education. This was the perfect place for a single person or a couple. There is a chicken that serves as an alarm clock but I was always up before then. The house is in a neighborhood away from the business of a main road. It was great.

Just what we were looking for…..
The Bungalow was very comfortable and clean and located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery store, gas and restaurants. The host communicated with us several times to ensure all was well. My husband is disabled so the lift chair was wonderful!. We recommend this rental highly and hope to visit it again.

Would stay again!
My family and I stayed here for the weekend for a softball tournament at Tyger River. It was very comfortable. We have stayed at several hotels in the area for tournaments and this is by far so much better. Everything was clean and the host was very welcoming. There was enough space to relax after a long day at the ballpark. We would definitely stay again.

Felt like home
This cozy home was perfect for the long weekend. Sheila made certain to think of all the little things that people would need when traveling, and we appreciated it so much! From the snacks to the breakfast tray in the bedroom to the toothbrush/toothpaste, to the cozy chairs, it was just a great place to relax. It was wonderful to have a place to stay and chill out/cook/play games with family members without being in a tiny hotel room.

Charming Property
The house was cute on the outside, quaint on the inside, clean, and as described. The building appeared to be well made and well maintained and while it was small, downstairs, it was efficiently designed. The only negative was the presence of several different roosters that crowed throughout the day an night, which I accept is not the fault of the property owner. Overall, I would recommend this to anybody who is looking to stay in the Spartanburg area.
