„This place is better than the pictures. Perfect location, Easy access to shops, restaurants, and hiking. E-bike Rentals were available right out the back door. ( see Luke). Walk to most of our destinations. Condo was beautiful clean!!!! Had one little glitch and the host responded immediately. Had a great time.“

„The place was clean, suitable for our needs and perfect location and size. We had trouble knowing where to check in as the pictures show the front door of the owners residence. I think it might be clearer if there are pictures of the entry to the apartment and location of parking in original listing as I didn’t know it was the downstairs of this residence. The check in instructions on the app didn’t state the specifics that are in the email. Great owner very responsive and kind. “

„September 15-22, 2024 All of the positive reviews are spot on, but if you've never been to CDA, you don't realize until you get there how great the location is. Tubbs Hill is just steps away and you will want to walk it several times to enjoy its spectacular views. Restaurants/grocery store either walkable or a short drive away. The porch view is lovely and the shoreline street is very quiet in September. “

„We are a young family with small children and a dog and this was a lovely place to stay. For anyone with mobile infants, consider bringing a play pen as there were lots of small drawers and cords for babies to get into (not a critique, just a fact) but I liked that the deck had a latchable gate so I didn’t have to worry about the dog running around or the kids escaping. „The location is great - very close to the downtown area. The house was perfect for the four of us - we had plenty of comfortable areas to relax and enjoy the lake views. If anyone has mobility issues this may not be the house for you - lots of steps getting down into the house (30) in addition to the stairs to upper and lower bedrooms which are in the photos of the house. Main floor does have 2 nice bedrooms.“
