"Perfect apartment for us ,11 Adults + 6 kids, individual bedrooms with attached bathroom and the huge kitchen as family room. The kids enjoyed the pool, the freedom to run around and we adults felt very welcome too. Johanna and her family were always within reach. We definitely would come back."

"Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder haben das Pool genossen. Das einzige, was nicht optimal ist, dass das Poolwasser rüber schwappt und der Boden vor der Sauna richtig nass wird und das muss man immer wieder absaugen. Diese Problematik kann man eigentlich baulich lösen. Ansonsten ist alles so wie in der Inseratsbeschreibung steht."

"The property is quaint and lovely, well decorated and stocked with everything we needed for a two nights stay with our two dogs. A little expensive for two people, especially because the WiFi did not work and the management was unresponsive to our messages to address the problem. However, we still had a wonderful stay and recommend the area and the property."

"We had a wonderful stay at Kaspar's place. The location is beautiful with views of the mountains and forest. The apartment is simple and comfortable with everything we needed including a lovely kids play area outside. The real highlight of our trip was the welcome we received from Kaspar and his family who were very hospitable and included us in family birthday celebrations. We loved our stay and hope to visit again soon!"

"Wir haben einen erholsamen Kurzurlaub ( 5 Übernachtungen) mit unerwartet viel Schnee ( Im April) verbracht. Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und warm und wir sind immer gerne nach Spaziergängen im Schnee dorthin zurückgekommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Ausstattung der Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke vollkommen ausreichend."

"The apartment is in a quiet location, yet only 35 minutes from the centre of Munich by train - the station is a 5/10 minute walk from the apartment. Warngau is a walkers' paradise and there are many hiking opportunities in and around Tegernsee, Bad Toelz, Bayrischzell, Lenggries and Schliersee - also easily reached by train. "Beautiful, scenic area and we couldn’t be happier with the Arabella! Our room was good sized and clean and we received a lovely welcome gift upon arrival. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We also loved the breakfast and restaurant options! Great food and lots of choices. I do wish there were more options of red wines by the glass though.
