Despite being close to all events, it's in a residential area with good sound isolation so there's no excessive noise.

Room is air-conditioned with a cozy king size bed.

It also has a sofa, fridge with small freezer, kettle, smart LED TV with cable channels and small working table with chair.

Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

All equipment in the room - air conditioning, iron, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, big soft towels & more are included free of charge.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anythingand don't make noise to other people staying here.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have the exclusive access to the room.

There are no shared area in the house

As room is located in the center of Split the parking place is not provided.

Paid street parking is 1 min from the house (free from Saturdays 14:00 to Monday 6:30) and paid private parking is 150m away.


**** The Neighbourhood:

This room is located at the ideal location in the center of Split, just one minute walking to the Diocletians palace and three minutes walking to the Split seafront.

Neighborhood is residential so there's no excessive noise.

The city part where the room is located is within walking range of virtually everything worth visiting in Split: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 1 to 10 minutes walking.

Well known Split sandy beach Bacvice is within 12 minutes walking.

Bus station is within one minute walking.

Grocery store is 1 min walking.

Ferry port, train, taxi and regional bus station are all within 10 minutes walking.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, just 15 min walking from the apartment!

Stay from 10th to 14th of July (4 nights) is mandatory. Please do not make reservation for less . You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.
