A hidden gem near miles of walking trails and the Little Spokane River that is only 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants.

Newly remodeled (2021) with luxury vinyl plank floors, featured pallet wall and fresh paint throughout.

**Host occupies the remainder of the house and the host living space is above the suite.** Host is committed to honor quiet hours to provide you with serene accommodations.

*Other things to note*
We are animal lovers and our two cats and one dog will love to interact with you, but we need them to be the only animals on the property. They get jealous for attention!!

Quiet and comfy
Enjoyed staying at this quiet and clean property in Spokane. It was just right for me. It was a bit interesting to try to find at night but they gave good directions and Apple maps got me there safely. Would definitely recommend and will use again if I'm in town and it's available.

So relaxing
Just as listed and then some! Jana thought of everything. Comfortable bed and a very nice place to relax. It's a little tricky to find the lane they're on at night- the easiest marker is that there is a yellow school bus stop sign across from it. We will stay again when we get back to Spokane!

Quiet North Spokane Retreat INDEED!
Our stay was just what our little family needed. Our hosts were so welcoming. When we entered our suite we immediately fell in love with our accommodation. From the serene music right down to the q-tips.😉 The suite was beautiful, clean, calming and our every need was taken care of, right down to the little things you may forget to bring when traveling. I highly recommend. We definitely hope to book our stay there again.

Better than a luxurious Hotel room
My husband and I stayed at Jana’s Quiet retreat while visiting our son at Whitworth University. Beautiful property, nice park with path right outside gate. Room felt like a luxurious hotel room without the negatives of neighbors and hallways. The space was tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and stocked. Lots of thoughtful things set out for use. Host was friendly and thoughtful. Recommend it!

One of the best I’ve ever stayed in
Property was clean and so very perfect; host was pleasant and friendly; Nala (the dog) was super. There is so much attention to detail in this property and helpful note cards placed in just the right locations to answer questions you didn’t know you had. All the creature comforts and a few snacks are there, including treats for Nala. Will stay again on our next visit to Spokane.

Amazing!
I absolutely loved my stay in Spokane. My room was spotless with everything I needed. I especially loved the decor in the space. I felt like I was staying at a high end hotel. The owners were very friendly but my favorite was Nala! It was a great location and easy to Uber everywhere since I didn’t rent a car. The area is beautiful and perfect for a lovely morning run. I’m hoping to stay here again when I come back in a few months!

Quiet Spot in a Beautiful Neighborhood, Very Close to Whitworth
I visited the Whitworth campus for the weekend with my wife and daughter. This quiet basement apartment just a few miles from Whitworth was a perfect spot to rest and relax. The apartment and all of the furnishings seem quite new, very clean and so well organized. The owners were so friendly and helpful. I wish we had more time there to walk the park behind the property. Our daughter slept on the pull out couch, which was actually quite comfortable. I look forward to returning on future trips to Spokane.

Great Stay
Baldwin Acres was the perfect spot to stay in Spokane while moving our daughter into Whitworth University! The property is quiet, in a safe neighborhood and very close to anywhere we needed to venture out. All of the comforts of home were in this cute studio, basement apartment. The complimentary snacks and beverages were a very nice touch and welcomed after a long drive. We slept wonderfully in the large, comfy bed and stayed nice and cool even though it was in the high 80s for most of our trip. We will 100% be back to stay when visiting our daughter or exploring more of Spokane. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality🥰

Clean and quiet
Great location to the Mead area and upscale amenities. Owners have a beautiful home and meticulously keep yard with access to walking trails. There’s a park on a creek just a half mile down the road, great spot to cool off an have a barbecue. The vacation rental is clean, comfortable and quiet, very well done.

Beautiful & Cozy
My husband, daughter and I needed a place to stay just to sleep. We spent our days getting acquainted with our new grandson and three older siblings (all under five) Jana and Genos basement was perfect for our needs. Their sweet dog Nala was so much fun to give treats to as well. We enjoyed the beauty of their park like property; It’s immaculate. Their price was so generously affordable too. We hope to stay there whenever we can visit our son, daughter-in-love and grand babies. Thank you for your wonderful get-away.
