This tucked away vacation retreat is a walkout basement apartment on a quiet country street nestled on 6 acres - with a breathtaking view of the valley. Even with a big group, this place also offers privacy. There are three separate sectioned areas all with their own hangout space to unwind and relax away from the group, and 2 have their own kitchens, one has it's own but can be also used for group use. There is a common area with a larger kitchen area, great for cooking group meals and enjoying them at the novel transformer dining table that seats 12. This common area is great for group activities, events or hanging out by the wood burning masonry stove.

Things to do at your reunion or during your stay: we are just 15 minutes from the endless miles of beautiful ATV & side by side trails in the Manti-La Sal mountain range, 20 minutes from rock climbing in Maple canyon. Pool access / golfing can be arranged at nearby skyline mountain resort (15 min away) and golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding/boating, swimming, picnicking at beautiful Palasades (lake) 40 minutes, Cleveland & mammoth lakes 47 minutes up Fairview canyon for fishing, Beach playing, kayaking, hunting, snow showing, ice fishing, smowmobiling! The Manti temple is 20 minutes down the road to the South, and the Contoy arena hosting many rodeos is 8 minutes North in Mt. Pleasant by a good sized grocery store and restaurants.

Here in historical spring city, there is heritage to be found, including Art museums/ gift shops, festivals, and famous Das Cafe open for breakfast and lunch.

Drive-In movies down the road in Mount Pleasant can round out reunion memories!
