„We love this place! This was our second time to stay in this house, and we liked it just as much as the first time. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes we needed, and the appliances are up-to-date - the icemaker even works (many in vacation rentals don't!). The bedding is super comfortable. We also love the fire pit out back and enjoyed roasting marshmallows for smores. The grill works great too. We used both both times we were there. We also enjoy the park within walking distance ...

„Townhouse was basically as expected; nothing fancy but met our needs for a one night stay. The fridge needs a deep clean and the shower head is very low. Otherwise, it was quiet and clean. Easy to access and parking is directly in front of door.“

We enjoyed hearing the wind blow through the leaves and watching the clouds scuttle by the mountains at this peaceful quiet retreat. „Wonderful property on Watts-Barr lake with a dock. 3rd year in a row coming down for Labor Day with friends. The dock is awesome for swimming with kiddos and keeping the boat. The boat ramp is only 10 minutes away. The water slide from the top level is thrilling for sure! The house was clean and stocked generously with cookware and dishes. Great views of the sunset and wildlife abound. Definitely on our list of places to come back to. “

„Cabin was very nice and perfect for our family of 4. Stairs down to the lake were very challenging and steep. Had some power flickers, guessing this is because of utilities work in the area, vut wasn't sure. Power never stayed completely off, was onlh off for a couple seconds each time. Driveway is very steep and loose gravel doesn't help. Better marking at the driveway would be nice to locate the property, pretty much guessed it was it by the looks. Did eventually see the address on the post, ...

„We had a great time at this lakehouse. Tim was a wonderful host and answered any questions quickly. This is a hillside house so be aware there are multiple stairs but it didnt affect us at all. The beautiful view on that hillside was worth it!! We would definitely stay here again.“
