„The property was located perfectly. The setting of the lake in the back, we saw beautiful sunrises and even an eagle. As far as restaurants and shopping there are plenty to choose from within 10 min. Also a fun arcade near by that the kids loved. Checking in was a breeze and so was communication. The house was very accommodating and the perfect size for our group. “

„Home had everything you could imagine - we had fires on the deck, watched beautiful sunsets, shared meals and laughs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of living space for us to spread out. So many bathrooms made things smooth when getting ready to explore the area. The beach was fabulous. Parking was the only slight complaint and we made it work.“

„Thom's place was the perfect getaway for our group of 4! The house was spacious, bright and clean, and the beds very comfortable. The amenities at the house were outstanding,with plenty of seating and lounging area, including two firepits with provided gas and wood. The house is right on Mona Lake, and we were even able to rent a boat and go out to Lake Michigan for cruising and sunsets. „Our experience with booking "The Barn" was excellent. The owners were courteous, kind and very professional to interact with. The Barn was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Owners have thought of and supplied most everything you could want during your visit. Keep in mind that you must be able to climb steps to get to The Barn as the main living space is on the second floor and most bedrooms are on the third floor. “

„All aspects of this property met our expectations except for the bedroom situation. The property is listed as 5 bedrooms, but only one bedroom (new addition) has full walls. The other 4 bedrooms have open rafter ceiling which makes each room connected as far as noise is concerned. If you are traveling with other couples, this may not be advantageous. That being said, the location is great and the view from the deck is lovely. Jay is also a very gracious host. “

„We had a lovely stay. This home is very clean, comfortable and the location and home is beautiful. However, close to check in, we received a lengthy message from the host with several rules such as no cooking with cumin or curry, no moving beds around, no food or beverages in any bedrooms, etc. We found this rather restrictive when staying with our families and several small children. We also like to cook with cumin for tacos. Oh, and only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. So you can imagine ...

„Overall we were very pleased with this house! The toys for kids were a great bonus. Location was nice. Only “complaint” would be there were a few things that weren’t stocked in the house. No hair dryer, wine glasses, and a few other kitchen items we looked for. “

„Our group had such a great stay at this house. The pool was great for the kids extra bonus there was a slide and diving board! The house had EVERYTHING you could need! Host, Tara was quick to respond with any questions we had! Location was great, easy to get to and 6 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants which was a huge plus! We hope to stay here again! “
