„We stayed here overnight to ski and snow tube around Ellicottville. The house served us very well except for the snow not being cleared from the front and back steps. Also, it looks like vacuuming under the beds has been overlooked. Otherwise, our party of 2 adults and five kids enjoyed our stay!“

„We came to Ellicottville for a couple days of skiing and relaxation. The condo was nice and the location was really great, right in town and close to Holiday valley. We did find that the condo was a bit difficult to get into with 4 locked doors to get through. Overall, it seemed a bit smaller than what the photos showed and the lobby area in the building which they show in the pictures is off limits to guests. Our biggest complaint would be the kitchen, there was hardly any silverware and ...

„Overall, the house had a variety of amenities that were desirable and the location was close to the ski resort but there were a few issues with the house that we wanted to mention. First of all, it was not very clear that this was two separate buildings, and tromping back and forth across the icy driveway was a challenge. It was difficult to drive up the driveway and unloading and loading our cars with a poorly treated driveway was dangerous and frustrating. The sauna did not work and the hot ...

„I'm a busy guy so I enjoy my peace when I can't get it. From the start with communications with the property manager before during and after my stay , the ease of check in with the lock box, to the pulled off after check out it was peaceful and pleasant. Everything needed to enjoy yourself or entertain some company while you making yourself at home enjoying your 420 experience. It's a big YES for me I will DEFINITELY PUFF AND STAY again and again and .... Again and you should too!! “

„The WiFi didn’t work and it has poor service, but the host was so nice compensating and prompt, house is way more beautiful in person. Thank you for working with me I was super late for check in😅“

„This vacation home offered so much. First, the location to the slopes was under a 10 minute drive and even closer to the charming town of Ellicottville. The home is huge and is perfect for multiple families. It’s basically like having an upper and a lower with kitchen, baths and bedrooms on both levels. The home was immaculate and had games, air hockey and pinball. We enjoyed our stay and will return to this home. “

„This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 5 children. It was clean, cozy, and very well stocked. The view of HV slopes in the distance was beautiful. It’s super close to Holimont and HV! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub after skiing!! The house had many games available and the kids loved the big table game in the basement. Wonderful hosts and we would definitely stay here again. “

„We had our annual retreat at the house — it slept 19 comfortably. The huge table is great for games, and the open floor plan is great for a big group. The bears and other stuffed heads add some flavor, for sure. We loved the foosball and hockey and video games downstairs, and the hot tub was great after skiing Holiday Valley. "Das 3-Sterne-Hotel hat uns insgesamt wegen des eigenen Parkplatzes, der guten Ausstattung des sehr freundlichen Rezeptionsservices und des sehr guten Frühstücksangebotes gut gefallen. Besonders loben möchten wir das gute und leckere Frühstücksbuffet und den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Küchenmitarbeiter und die kostenlose 24-Stunden Kaffee- und Teestation im Aufenthaltsraum. Auch das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Negativ möchten wir die fehlende Zimmerreinigung bei 4 Tagen Aufenthalt hervorheben. Nur an einem Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, als ich es ausdrücklich an der Rezeption erbeten hatte. Obwohl ein gutes Trinkgeld mit einem Zettel "Thank You" im Zimmer lag wurde es in den nächsten Tagen nicht gereinigt und nicht einmal der Mülleimer geleert. Schade!"
