Our check in was awesome on Friday night. The attendant at check in was great and very welcoming. Unfortunately, it went downhill
From there. We did not have any hot water in our room the whole trip and when we asked about it, we were disregarded completely. They said no one else has complained and stated a maintenance person had looked into it. Later we found out that was a lie because the maintenance person was out injured. They did say they would have someone come look from another hotel, but not sure that actually happened because the water never got warm. We all avoided going in the hot tub or taking showers because it was just not comfortable to
do so. They did offer a room change at one point, but when we went to look at it, the water still did not get above lukewarm. Overall, just very disappointed in the attitude of the staff and their disregard for our attempts to get it fixed, not only for us but for future guests. The renovations seem like they will be amazing, but with poor staff, it won’t make any difference. Wish we’d had the same gal as the first night for the whole stay.
