Ein fabelhaft funktionelles Strandhaus, nur zwei Blocks vom wunderschönen Crescent Beach und zwei Blocks vom Intercoastal entfernt, mitten im historischen Crescent Beach. Eine Sache, die wir über das Leben am Strand gelernt haben, ist, wie wichtig es ist, leicht zu Fuß dorthin zu gelangen. Ein neuer Zebrastreifen mit blinkenden Lichtern zum Überqueren der A1A macht es Ihnen leicht. Kein Kampf um einen Parkplatz und kein Packen des Autos. . Es befindet sich gegenüber dem South Beach Grill. Dieses Haus ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub.

Das Haus ist auf Stelzen gebaut, hat aber auch einen großen Schlaf- / Unterhaltungsraum im Erdgeschoss für Kinder oder Gäste und verfügt über ein eigenes Vollbad. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Familienzimmer, eine neu gestaltete Küche, ein Vollbad und zwei Außendecks, die fast immer eine kühle Brise vom Meer bieten. Das Hauptschlafzimmer (größeres der beiden) hat eine der Terrassen vor der Schiebetür. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine völlig separate Waschküche. Der Wohnbereich im Obergeschoss und die 2 Schlafzimmer sind vom 3. Schlafzimmer und dem Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss getrennt.

Das Haus ist 600sq ft im Obergeschoss, 500sq ft im Erdgeschoss. Es hat einen zusätzlichen 320 Quadratfuß erhöhten Holzdeckraum und 400 Quadratfuß Betondeck Bodenhöhe.

Neu renovierte Küche mit Schubladen zum Schließen

Der Schlafraum im Erdgeschoss wurde komplett renoviert und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad.

Großer Parkplatz für 6-7 Autos und ein perfekter langer Abschnitt zum Parken Ihres Bootes.

Very Pleasant stay!!!
Nice little beach house just a short walk from the beach. Very clean, pet friendly, quiet area, with everything you need- even beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. We only needed to bring clothes, toiletries and food! I loved the decor with scripture reminders throughout the house! I think my families’ favorite was taking the bikes out for a ride each evening. Thank you, Nancy for your hospitality though all we did was speak through text and one phone call! Blessings from Orangeburg, South Carolina

Perfect location!!
Second time staying here and the location is perfect. Owner answers any questions right away and is very very nice. I never stay in the same place twice because I like to try different houses but did a repeat and most likely will stay again because it's a terrific house for our family.

Absolutely fantastic retreat! We love the location of the house, in a very quiet neighborhood and only a short walkable distance to the beach. Nancy is a great host and thought of everything. This property has everything one could ask for. A short 2 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to historic downtown. Beautiful home with all the amenities you could ask for. Definitely planning a return visit!!

I read reviews and so many people mentioned Nancy and how great she was. CORRECT!!! Her listing was exactly as advertised. She communicated clearly all details for check in as well as the expectations for check out. Nancy even checked in on us during our stay to make sure we were happy. She even let us check in a few hours early and out a bit later which was nice. Bottom line, house was a block from the beach and cute -check out the pics. Quiet area and about 15mins from downtown St Augustine. Extremely fairly priced. 5 stars! Thanks Nancy!!

Perfect place to get away!
Very well maintained property. House is in very good condition. Perfect for a small family to get away. The only issue we had is that the lower bedrooms do not connect directly to the upper part of the house. Not a huge deal but the bottom guests just have to come up the stairs to access the kitchen. It has alot of porch space and we enjoyed the evenings out on them. Great location with the historic distric just 15mins or so away. Overall a great place to stay with pets and for the price, yiu will not beat it! Beach access parking and less than 5min walk to the beach. The kids loved the bikes and boogie boards that are there as well.

This is especially good for families with older kids because the downstairs area gives them some extra space. Also enjoyed walking to the beach, as well as a couple of restaurants and ice cream shop. And loved all of the beach toys supplied!

4th of July at Island Escape
Our stay was so much fun and very relaxing. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. We were able to get to the beach super easy and everything needed to enjoy the beach was provided at the property. We were able to use the paddle boards and kayaks and that was one of our favorite activities of the trip (we were even able to see dolphins and that was a huge plus). With teens, it was so nice for them to have their own space to be independent. The local restaurants were really good and everyone in the area was very welcoming. Nancy was a joy to work with and even helped us figure out where to watch 4th of July fireworks (which were amazing). The only negative is we wished we had 2 more days. We will definitely look at going back in the future.

The property was exactly as advertised and ideal to provide privacy for families to have space both upstairs and downstairs. The beds were firm but comfortable, kitchen was well furnished (has both a small keurig and a larger pot style coffee maker) and the laundry room was a much needed amenity. The new firepit and outdoor furniture was comfortable. There is an outdoor shower and outdoor foot washing area. There is a shed with many supplies for the beach as well - a wagon, ice chest, boogie boards, life jackets, kayaks, ~4 chairs, small umbrella and bikes. I recommend bringing a pop up cabana if planning to spend a lot of time at the beach as there aren’t any for rent in the area that we could find. The house is 1/4 walk to Crescent Beach - literally across one street. There is a 7-Eleven at the corner and a restaurant across the street. The nearest Publix and Starbucks are about a 10 minute drive. The host was very responsive and kind. We look toward to staying here again when we are back in the area.

Home away from home!
Our family loved your beach home! It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities that you could possibly want or need. Perfect location within walking distance to the beach
Really great location within walking distance to the beach. Clean and has everything you’d need. The shed has any and every beach toy or necessities you could need. I do think the downstairs could use a mini fridge of some sort. We spent a lot of time outdoors and it would’ve been nice to have a fridge downstairs for my extended family so they didn’t have to keep coming upstairs to get food/drinks/snack. The beds and pillows were clean and comfy. The host accommodated an early check in and a late check out and communicated clearly. If I could give this one 10 stars I would. Like all the other reviewers said Nancy is the best!!!

Perfect beach vacation
Thank you so much Nancy for the most perfect beach house! I stayed with two other family members and my dog. Super clean and pet friendly. Lots of beach supplies in the shed. Literally everything you need from umbrellas to coolers and wagons. The beach is only a 5min walk from the front door. The beach is very pet friendly. Lots of other doggies. We met a cute neighborhood cat and some roosters! Such a fun neighborhood! Nancy was very responsive. One of the umbrellas was broken and she brought us two new ones right away! Excellent host. Also side note, this place has TONS of outlets all over the walls(great for bridal party). The outside seating upstairs and downstairs was perfect for morning coffee and you can hear the ocean waves. I would definitely stay here again!
