Sie werden Ihren Aufenthalt im Coastal Bliss lieben. Dieses professionell eingerichtete neue Strandhaus verfügt über zwei Master-Suiten, einen beheizten Pool, viele Decks und vieles mehr. Dieses Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern und dreieinhalb Bädern liegt nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt am Strand von Vilano. Die Intracoastal Waterway ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang in die andere Richtung.

Das Haus ist auf zwei Ebenen, 4 Schlafzimmer und 3. 5 Bäder, mit einer maximalen Belegung von 12. Es gibt zwei Kingsize-Betten, zwei Queensize-Betten, 2 Zustellbetten und ein Schlafsofa. Die Badezimmer verfügen über begehbare Duschen und eine Duschkombination. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen Fernseher! Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem großen Essbereich!

100 Schritte zum Strand von einem einfachen Weg auf der einen Seite und 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Inter-Coastal Waterway auf der anderen Seite. Diese ruhige, aber angesagte Gegend von Vilano / North Beach ist beliebt zum Surfen, Paddleboarding, Brandungsangeln, Haifischjagd und vielem mehr. Es gibt viele großartige Restaurants, die Sie zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Auto erreichen können. Unser komfortables Zuhause ist eine 5-minütige Fahrt von der unterhaltsamsten und ältesten Stadt Amerikas, St., entfernt. Augustinus! Der Strand von Vilano Beach ist eine 2-minütige Autofahrt entfernt (oder einen 40-minütigen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt). Dort finden Sie ein Publix-Lebensmittelgeschäft und ein kleines Einkaufszentrum im Freien. In derselben Gegend befinden sich ein lokales Postamt, ein Bait & Gear-Geschäft, ein Bootsverleih und ein Gasdock, ein lokaler Pub und mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe und am Intercoastal-Strand. Eine 20-minütige Fahrt zum Haus des PGA in TPC Sawgrass und eine 2-stündige Fahrt nach Disney World.

Vilano Beach, der sich auf Veterans Island befindet, in St. Augustin ist näher am historischen Viertel als jedes andere der St. Augustinische Strände. Bachelorette Weekend
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay this past weekend. This house is absolutely spectacular for a large group with TONS of space. The kitchen and living room are amazing with the open layout. The house held comfortably our group of 10. Some used the pool which was freezing for our stay. We had a bunch of rain from the hurricane and some cooler weather and did not pay extra to heat it. But the pool area was a really nice and cute spot outside, we loved the patio furniture everyone can sit outside so comfortably. The house is stunning and I would definitely stay here again. Super quiet, quaint beach town and lots of things nearby to do. I was very impressed with our stay! Also the management company was very helpful during booking and before the stay to call and make sure we got what was needed. I did not message the host about this but, the only issue we ran into was the extremely limited supplies. Every bathroom only had the roll of toilet paper that was on the holder at the time (some weren't even new rolls). No extra paper towels left so we had to go out and buy extra TP and PT for the duration of our stay. They did leave 2 laundry pods and 2 dishwasher pods. We also had a large group of people staying and they told me there was only a limited supply of that stuff they provided.

Will not refund for a mandatory evacuation. Very disappointing.
Overall, our previous stays at this house have been wonderful. However, our most recent experience was disappointing due to Hurricane Milton. Despite having to evacuate early, the rental company refused to issue any type of refund. This seemed unfair and unreasonable given the circumstances of a natural disaster and a mandatory evacuation. It would have been more reasonable to offer a partial refund in this situation. We hope that the rental company will reconsider their policy in the future for situations like this. Due to the lack of understanding and flexibility from the rental company regarding our situation during Hurricane Milton, we have decided that we will not be renting from them again in the future. In contrast, we have rented from other companies in the past during and after hurricanes and received better treatment. For example, one rental company refunded part of our money when a hurricane damaged the deck and prevented us from accessing the beach. We appreciate the understanding and flexibility shown by other rental companies and hope that this particular company will consider similar policies in the future.

Great Space easy walk to the beach
This house was perfect for our family. Open concept. Lots of beds. Pool was a great addition. The two twin beds listed are roll away beds fyi. But glad we had enough places to sleep. The furniture was nice. Big table to eat at. Kitchen stocked. Wow old stay again and recommend.

Three of us were 70+. Grab bars in the bathrooms would’ve been nice. A railing to go down the back steps and a railing to get in the pool would’ve been great also. Getting old ain’t for sissies. The house was awesome! Was a great staycation! Highly recommend.

Villano Beach getaway!
The property was perfect for our large family! The pictures matched the home! Nice open floor plan. Pool furniture was nice, but uncomfortable as it was poly wood with NO cushions. The Adirondack chair and side table needs screws tightened, those pieces were coming apart. Pool was dirty when we arrived, cleaning company did not clean until Friday, and our vacation was almost over. The dishwasher was not working properly, as there was no heat for drying, which explains why the interior was molded very badly and the dishwasher pod did not even dissolve! We just did not use it! I would check it, it may be broken! The blinds on the back sliding doors had some missing panels to them as well as the door leading to side deck. Lastly, the towels were disappointing, very thin and short. Not really a bath towel, they were more like towels to dry a car. These few things mentioned, are minor, and would not keep me from renting this house again! The house and location is what made it perfect for us! We will definitely be back! -Angie Maloney-

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this house and would definitely come back. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. We love the pool area and the fact that we can bring our dogs. Great location. Has something for everyone - beach and downtown St. Augustine is a quick 10 minute drive away.

Family Reunion
The selling point for selecting this property was the huge kitchen & dining area, perfect for the 9 of us to reunite for a cousins' family reunion, and it did not disappoint! Beds were very comfy. Property was perfect, home was very clean. A few window blinds had the ends of the slats broken, which was a little too sloppy looking for my taste, but didn't hamper our good time. Overall, would stay here again!

Pros: - nice layout for family - private - easy walk to beach, but maybe not with small children during the more busy summer - close to Publix - plenty of parking space - quiet neighborhood Cons: - trash pile in backyard - kitchen equipment (I.e, oven pans) very dirty - hood filter filthy with grease and light doesn’t work - towels old and didn’t smell good - scuffs on walls everywhere, which are easy to fix to make the place more appealing - dog poop in backyard that was not ours yet we picked it up so we won’t get charged for it - living room carpet dirty with other dog hair - uncommon expectation of bringing own trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and dish/hand soap - water pressure in master bedroom sinks very low - headboard extremely wobbly, concerned it was going to fall - ants in kitchen, which they evidently knew about because of all the ant poison in cabinet - contact on Vrbo unresponsive during stay, though very responsive while booking Based on all the particular contract terms we signed, we were expecting to walk into a clean place. If I were the owner, I would be upset with how this place is managed. All of these cons are very easy to fix to make the place as nice as the pictures seem.

We all enjoyed this house immensely. Driveway was perfect for our three SUVs. There was plenty of comfy beds to fit the three couples and 6 kids. Kids absolutely loved the pool. We forgot to ask for it to be heated before we arrived but kids still wanted to swim in the freezing water every day 😂. Only 2 constructive criticisms is the washer has some mold so I didn’t feel comfortable using it. Some of the other guests did but only for necessities. We couldn’t get the ice maker to work so we bought a couple ice trays. Not a big deal. Other than that it was a perfect experience and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks for letting us use your beautiful home!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The large open living, dining, kitchen area was perfect for lots of family interaction. The kitchen was clean and spacious too. All but one of our meals were prepared on site with food and equipment we brought in. Our family has two dealing with celiac disease. There was an abundance of cabinet space and a walk in pantry. The pool was a fun addition, even with cooler temperatures. This property was the best we have stayed in. Highly recommend.

This house was perfect for a large group! Plenty of sleeping options, lots of space so we never felt cramped, and great location! My only recommendation would be it could use more supplies like a hair dryers, better pool floats, and some more cookware. These items were supplied but in very limited options. However, even outside of that I will def stay there again!

YELLOW HOUSE with POOL
Our family of 7 enjoyed our week stay at this location on Vilano Beach mid September. Plenty of space but two negatives: 1- Freezer did not make ice at all. 2- The TV channels were NOT provided and determining which remote worked for what box or what device was extra confusing! Finally figured out the 400 numbers were for HD channels, which is all anyone would ever want to watch anyway. Wasted 2 hours trying to figure these things out on a College Football Saturday. Also: the ceiling fan remotes were super confusing as well and didn’t work logically at all. Wall switches should be well labeled for all who stay there. TV channel sheet should also be provided and remotes well labeled for what device they control.
