There is a large screened in viewing deck that has two sets of bunk beds, and two futons. These are in addition to the two queen beds in the two bedrooms.
Make no mistake, the house is older and has some nuances due to the age. This property doesn't have A/C, but has a large screened in wrap around porch that cools off the house. Wi-Fi available with up to 5 simultaneous device connections. This has private beach access. No access to Indian Creek Ranch. Entrance is south of the Indian Creek Ranch, not through the ranch entrance.
