We loved the place and the location was great for all of our plans. We really wanted to use the outdoor fireplace but were unable to and could not find directions. Not a lot of space in the smaller bedroom for suitcases but overall a nice place.

Wonderful Property - Very Clean - Great Pool!
This property offered a unique blend of tranquility and convenience for exploring Zion National Park, being only a 30 minute drive, it provided easy access to the park's stunning landscapes and trails while allowing us to enjoy a quieter, less crowded home-base. Additionally, while staying here we visited both Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon North Rim (both were long days, but easily doable). The property is well appointed and very clean. The pool area is awesome, we spent a whole day just swimming and relaxing. Everything was very easy to find. We were able to charge our Hybrid rental with easy access to an external outlet in the parking area. This was a great spot, definitely one of our favourites on our 2 week trip through Colorado, Utah, Arizona and Nevada.

This property was fantastic. Everything was clearly labeled (light switches, linen closet, etc.) which made things much easier. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The property was great. However, I could not get cell service (Verizon) in the condo and on most of the property. I had to do a little work while I was there so that was annoying. The place was clean & quiet. I’d stay again if I didn’t need cell service.

Excellent property and location.
First of all, great management team that provided all details relevant to our stay and answered questions as needed. Secondly, the condo was beautiful and well taken care of with many amenities provided that are needed in every room especially in the kitchen. Towels for poolside were provided and stored in the laundry room as well as a little extra clothes detergent, A+ to our hosts for understanding what a tenant needs when traveling from afar. We drove 35 minutes to Zion National Park and we were pleased that taking the freeway nearby could take you to many wonderful restaurants and shopping when needed. The pool and spa area was nice but the clubhouse spa could use a little update. Thank you for providing a beautiful space that was clean and safely located to set our minds at ease, my husband and I truly enjoyed it.

After many days on the road and a variety of accommodations it was wonderful to settle into such a comfortable home. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were a hit after a long day of hiking and adventures with in Zion. The space was clean and well kept. Red Sands Rental Agency was easy to reach when we had questions regarding the property.

This is a very nice condo in a quiet complex. It has a private patio that looks onto a hillside. It's well-equipped and clean. The only possible downside is that it is not super-close to a town, but for us that was an advantage. We enjoyed the peace and quiet.

We stayed here as our base camp for Zion. This condo was exactly as advertised.
The kitchen was well equipped, very clean and underground parking(which was great for the heat). The BBQ was nice and big for our group. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The property manager was so easy to communicate with. This was a very easy experience.

Nice, comfortable condo and good location
We stayed at this property for the IRONMAN World Championship event. Condo very clean, excellent supply of linens, paper products, liquid soap, trash bags, etc. During our stay it was very quiet & didn't hear much commotion from other visitors. Great having covered parking & easy access to condo via couple flights of stairs. Location is convenient driving back/forth to downtown St. George (15 min drive) and also to Sand Hollow State Park for all the pre-race swim activities. Lots of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, etc. Didn't get to enjoy the outside patio much; the furniture was filthy with dust & bird poop upon our arrival; easier to clean myself vs contacting management. Pool area very nice. The condo doesn't get much sunlight due to facing the hill, covered patio and minimal windows. I didn't like having to use all the lights in kitchen/living area in the AM. Management touched base couple days in advance to provide security code; check-in process very easy. Enjoyed the sweet treats as welcome gift! We couldn't get late check-out, and my husband had a business call scheduled, so management let us use their conference room in the community building, which we really appreciated!

Not recommended
The management company that handles this property does seem to know much about the place. It is all unicorns and butterflies with these people until something goes wrong. When we arrived, the heat was not working. We came to find out that they could control it remotely, so how did they not know it was non-functional? The first night, they knowingly left us in the place with no heat when it was 27oF outside. The second day, after they confirmed it was broken and the part would take 3 weeks to get there, they brought two space heaters. That made it bearable, but hardly the vacation we expected. When I stated on the phone thatI would want some compensation, I only got a nasty reply by text (to make sure it was in writing) that they could not even start such an inquiry until our stay was completely over. When I got home, I contacted them and two days later finally got a manager. She said - "Oh I didn't even know you were gone...did you not have heat the whole time?" That's right- we didn't have heat the whole time in early-mid March. In the end we got 25% of the cost refunded. I would not recommend a property managed by Red Sands.
