Tolle zentrale Lage auf der Insel, nur wenige Schritte zum Inselspielplatz, Geschäften und Restaurants. Es gibt keine Notwendigkeit, irgendwo anders eine Chance zu ergreifen!

Boardwalk bietet nur wöchentliche Aufenthalte außer Winter an. Reservierungen für weniger als eine Woche können je nach Verfügbarkeit und Genehmigung der Unterkunft für Frühling und Herbst vorgenommen werden. (Es ist in der Regel binnen 1 Monat ab dem Anreisetag buchbar.)

Fantastic oceanfront house
We immensely enjoyed this rental! Some of our favourite things about this house were- the oceanfront location, it’s spaciousness, it was clean and easy to clean for our 2 week stay, its located near restaurants that are within walking distance, the island has an awesome bike/recreation trail to state park (we are cyclists and it was convenient), a very quiet beach is just steps away from the house, and the owner (Reggie) was friendly and quick to respond if we needed anything. We were able to relax over the holidays and the kitchen had everything we needed if we chose to eat in. Thank you for opening up your lovely home! We will definitely be back and hope to rent this place again!

No complaints at all about this property. The description and pictures are accurate, the house was very clean and neat, the kitchen well stocked. You are able to walk to everything from this location. The owner is very responsive to messages. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Nothing fancy, but a plus for beachfront location.
The property was as pictured in ads. However, it does need a deep cleaning. There is a layer of dust on fan blades and other areas and we had a layer of sand on the floor in the loft. We reported a problem with the ice maker on arrival, and it never worked the entire week. We had to buy bags of ice. The refrigerator is old (interior light also not working) and needs replacing, but other appliances seemed to all be in working order. The tub in the main bedroom did not drain well, but more importantly, there was no grab bar of any kind. I almost slipped twice taking a shower. These are things you don't notice until you get there, but if you are just looking for time on the beach, it should be fine.

Location was the only good thing
The property is very dated and has terrible theming. The property is overgrown. There is trash and old rusted chairs under the house. There was trash on the grill, but that also has weeds that are as tall as the grill itself. The boardwalk to the beach is uneven with boards missing and screws sticking out of it. The “energy efficient” refrigerator is simply old and not functioning well. We had to put our things in the freezer just to get them cold. There are absolutely NO AMENITIES! You are simply paying for a location on the beach. The towels are thin and small. You have to bring everything with you or purchase them on island. There was a hurricane and we had to evacuate after only a day. No refunds!! Which you read in your rental agreement after purchasing the VRBO. I tried to cancel this property after getting the rental agreement and also getting a message of an additional $100 charge and the whole thing gave me pause but the owner waived the fee and didn’t want to let me cancel even though it was less than 24 hours after the booking. I have stayed on the island several times and really wished I would have booked a property that was a little further from town, but like I said you are paying for the location and nothing else. This property is overpriced and there is nothing nice about it other than the view. We left due to the hurricane and found much nicer and cheaper accommodations elsewhere. This place needs some major love

Almost Heaven
Clean, well equipped house right on the beach. The pictures make it seem further away than it actually is. The bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The two main bedrooms have a private bathroom. The main floor is done in a fun Monopoly theme. The outdoor shower was a plus for getting the sand off your feet. We've been going to SGI on and off for over 25 years, and stayed in many different homes. This ranks up there with the best. We've never stayed in the townhouses, thinking they'd be too noisy. We stayed in February and there were very few folks there, with no one on either side of us. We could easily walk to everything which would be especially great with kids. Reggie was a great host. He contacted us beforehand, checked in when we got there, then contacted us again afterwards because I left something there. We hope to go again next winter!

Perfect in every way
Everything from the house to the beach was perfect. The house was clean and had everything we needed to feel like we were at home but all the fun of a vacation too. We definitely will be back! The owner checked in via text to make sure we were happy and I really appreciated that! The beach was amazing with the dolphins and butterflies! Perfect place to bring your family and friends! The decor was fun too! You can tell they care about their property and are great hosts!

Advance your vacation to The Boardwalk
House is very close to the city center with most shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. There are lots of stairs to get in and around the house. Not an issue of you are able, just something to note if traveling with people with limited mobility.

It's a basic beach house
The beach house was fine. It worked for a last minute booking. We were in the master king bed and it was comfy, of you like a softer bed. Ones thing I'm getting tired of with beach houses is them not supplying many basics for you. I own a vacation rental that is out of the way and that thing is stocked so guests aren't inconvenienced while on vacation. Here you're on an island where everything is twice as much when you have to buy it. We didn't have extra toilet paper in our bathroom and there were limited basics in the kitchen. This is not limited to just this rental. I feel like all the houses on SGI do the bare minimum cause they know people will still rent. Just come prepared with your own supplies and be prepared for a workout. Lots of steps in these tall units.

The house is nicely located but needs a complete makeover. Definitely needs rugs to help with the sand (needs a vacuum accessible too). Bring all of your cleaning supplies, extra towels, extra bedding/blankets. You will need all of your kitchen & bathroom stuff too. Washing/ dryer combo shakes the entire house. We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday & we had a great time. We have been coming to St. George for 16 years and come 2 - 3 times a year.

Such a lovely trip! The house was great for two couples. Enough privacy and nice common areas. The Monopoly themed house was fun- we loved the whimsical decorations! Reggie was great about keeping us informed and we took some restaurant suggestions. The location was perfect for beach and stargazing. We would certainly stay at Boardwalk again!
