We understand that food is an integral part of every trip, so we have provided a fully equipped modern kitchen that is always ready if you wish to cook up a storm. There is a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric stovetop, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, and crockery.
Most of our guests don't cook because - there are just so many good restaurants for a decent price in town, a few minutes driving from where we are! Therefore we don't put on breakfast.

Guest Access:
The backyard fence on the LEFT-hand side constitutes a public pathway. It is exclusively through this public pathway on the left-hand side, which features a combination of grassy terrain and steps, that you have the opportunity to stroll beneath the water's surface.
The backyard fence on the RIGHT side belongs to the neighbors' private property, and it is against the law to scale it or use their chairs without permission. The neighboring houses are equipped with security camera surveillance.
Other Things to Note:
* PARKING: Free Parking inside the garage and in the driveway.
* CANCELATION: We follow a strict cancellation policy and are unable to modify dates or provide additional refunds for confirmed bookings. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any changes to your plans or personal reasons that may prevent you from using the accommodation.
* Free to Air (FTA) Channels: Our property does not offer traditional TV channels, but fear not! We've provided you with access to many internet-based programs, like YouTube.
* SMOKING: Smoking, including cigarettes and E-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the property and even on the balcony. Guest can smoke outside as long as cigarette butts are disposed of properly.
* PETS: Pets are NOT allowed.
* BAGGAGE STORAGE: We cannot provide baggage storage on the property for security reasons.
* FOOTWEAR: We kindly request that no shoes be worn on the carpet.
* JUMPING: Please refrain from jumping on the bed or sofa.
* NOISE: Enter and leave the home quietly to ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9 P.M. Please be reminded that loud noises, music, and other disturbances may negatively impact the experience of neighbors; please note if we receive a complaint, fines will apply from $2000 AUD.
* EXTRA LINENS/EXTRA TOWELS: Additional linens are available upon request for an extra $35 per set. Please notify us in advance before your arrival if you require this service. We implemented a policy of providing one towel per person during the stay, as part of our commitment to environmental conservation. However, if you need extra, it's $10/pc.
* KEYS/PADLOCK: We provide one key and fob set per reservation as part of our policy, which aligns with the guidelines set by the authorities and our short-term rental management contract. Also, ensuring the safety and security of all guests is our top priority, and extra sets could jeopardize this commitment. Moreover, handling multiple sets may result in confusion and potential security hazards. Ensure the property key and fob are always with you. Should you misplace your keys, please contact a locksmith and the associated costs starting from AU$500 will be your responsibility. An additional fee for replacement keys and fob will be applicable if their loss is confirmed.
* KEY AND LOCK OUT ASSISTANCE: Please be advised that if you require assistance from our housekeeping staff in situations involving keys (e.g., lockouts or key deliveries), an additional fee will apply and may vary depending on the time and location of the request. This fee starts at a minimum of $150, which covers the costs of staff attendance and service, in the event that a locksmith (our primary option) is not readily available.
* ARRANGEMENT CHANGES: Please refrain from touching, moving, or altering the arrangement or set of any furniture within the property. We've carefully curated the space to ensure your comfort and safety.
* CHECK-OUT: When checking out, please leave the property clean and tidy.
* DAMAGES: If you notice any damage in the property upon arrival, we recommend taking photographs and promptly sharing them with the Aircabin Customer Service team via your booking channels. It's best to do so as soon as you've settled in at the property rather than until check-out. Guests are responsible for covering the costs of any breakages or damage and any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
* PARTY: Parties are strictly prohibited. In the event of a complaint, fines starting from $2000 may apply.
