Caribe Breeze hat Irma gesund und munter geschafft! Unser Pool wurde wunderschön restauriert und wir haben wunderschöne Mahagoni-Schränke in der Küche hinzugefügt. Die Villa wurde House Hunters International in der Show "St. John eines Tages. " Es wird auch in einer kommenden karibischen Show gezeigt. CNN wählte Maho Bay zum 11. besten Strand der Welt. Airbnb wählte die Jungferninseln zu ihrem Top-Ziel, Vogue hieß St. John einer der Top-5 2016 Destinationen und New York Times aufgeführt Coral Bay als die # 4 Drop dead gorgeous Ort zu besuchen! Kommen Sie und sehen, es ist natürliche Schönheit von Caribe Breeze.

Das Caribe Breeze bietet eine außergewöhnliche, weitläufige Aussicht, so dass Sie hier wunderbar entspannen können - Tag oder Abend. British Virgin Islands sind am Horizont, mit atemberaubender Sonne und Mond aufgeht. Es gibt einen Panoramablick auf den Virgin Islands National Park, nie entwickelt werden. Es gibt zwei separate Master-Suiten (ein König und eine Königin), die jeweils mit einem schönen Außen Stein Dusche. Die King Suite hat auch eine einzelne Liege für ein Kind oder Kosten für zusätzliche Gäste. Es gibt auch ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich mit eigenem Außen Stein Dusche. Beide Schlafzimmer sind erreicht nach draußen zu gehen und nicht zu den wichtigsten Wohnbereich verbunden ist, gewährleistet ein Maximum an Privatsphäre. Die beiden unteren Suiten verfügen über eine ruhige Mitsubishi-Klimaanlage. Die Villa kann bequem zu sieben schlafen. Der Preis bezieht sich auf zwei bis vier Gäste, und zusätzliche Gäste kosten 30 US-Dollar pro Person und Nacht zusätzlich. Das Pooldeck macht einen großen Platz, um die tropischen Sonnenaufgänge oder genießen Sie ein Glas Wein oder ein kaltes Getränk Rum zu beobachten. Der erfrischende Pool ist so privat Sie dip ohne Rücksicht auf Nachbarn dünn können.

Wonderful Stay
Great stay. The house was very well furnished. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen was great. Dawn coffee watching the cruise ships traverse Drakes Channel. Donkey visits during happy hour. Highly recommend a stay.

Let’s start with verbal directions. She gave us wrong route numbers, insisting they were correct. It took us approximately 2 hours to find our destination. Later that night we found written directions on her refrigerator that were correct, but obviously she did not read them to us. She was clearly upset that it took us so long to arrive. The next day we had problems with the power. She told us we were using too much power and make sure we turned off everything when left. The solar company representative came out and told us we weren’t doing anything wrong and it ended up being a bad breaker they replaced. There is so much more to this story. If you want to know more please contact me. Wednesday we went to turn on the ac in our bedroom and it didn’t work. We didn’t get a new one until the day before we left. That is 7 days without an ac. The sheets in both rooms were stained. Our bedspread was dirty looking. The wash cloths were obviously very old. I took pictures of the stains on the sheets.

The property met our expectations - quiet, peaceful, private. The owner was very nice and helpful. The property is a little difficult to find and a 4x4 with good ground clearance is recommended the long unpaved driveway.

A week in St. John
The property was just as described and fit us perfectly. My parents stayed in the queen unit and worked great with us in the main house. The views and swing on the deck are AMAZING. Watched a sunrise every morning during my workout. The pool was used every day after a morning at the beaches. Just FYI, this is St. John and a very remote area you will have quirky things happen along with things out of your control EX. a cement truck on the road up to the home and random power outages. This is nothing that the owner can control you are on vacation in a beautiful place.....just go with it!!! You WILL need a vehicle that is either AWD or 4WD with good ground clearance especially for the first curve, take it slow swing wide and you'll b e fine!! The view from the top is worth it! Kris was a great host and was always a text away. We would come back in a heartbeat!!

Doesn't get much better than this!
Our family of 5 enjoyed this stay at every turn. Access to Salt Pond Beach was next door. Miss Lucy's is next door. The neighbors are close but never felt our privacy impeded on. Stay in, go out, it really makes it a tough choice. This is just a spectacular place to call home for a vacation. 6 stars out of 5!

Perfect location for a getaway

We had 10 wonderful days at Caribe Breeze. If you are looking to get away this is the place. My husband and I enjoyed the quiet and seclusion. Yes, its a long way out to this end of the island but its worth it. We could watch the sunrise from our deck and the sunset from the driveway. We will be back!

The Girl’s Turn 60 Trip
Six ladies went to St. John to celebrate our 60th (four turned 60th this year). We stayed at Caribe Breeze for six nights and it was fabulous. Kris and Lindsey were awesome hosts and answered all our questions. The views were stunning, sunrise from the deck and sunset from the hill just up the road. We snorkeled at several beaches, toured the island, went to Miss Lucy’s on Thursday for open mic night (thank you, Kris and Lindsey). We all enjoyed a trip to Lime Out for some tacos and drinks we used Fly Away Charter, Martha was our captain and she was wonderful. Went to Skinny Legs and Salty Mongoose. We did a fish charter with Just Fish and they were great. We had massages at our villa from Paradise Massage Christine and Nancy were awesome and I HIGHLY recommend them, they were also the best prices we found for massages. The only regrets we have is that due to COVID we could not do a day trip to the Soggy Dollar Bar and we should have stayed longer six days on St. John was not enough!!!

Absolutely Perfect!!
We came as 2 couples and the house was absolutely perfect! We each had our own private sleeping quarters, but also fabulous space to all hang out together. We spent our mornings exploring the islands, but afternoons were spent in the pool and evenings playing games on the beautifully breezy back deck overlooking John’s Folly. The house was clean and entirely free of insects, which is the first we’ve experienced in our many visits to St John. The kitchen and baths are well appointed. Kris and Lindsey were the perfect hosts, checking in regularly and going out of their way to be sure our stay was, again, absolutely perfect! We can’t recommend highly enough, we will be back (soon, we hope!!!).

Highly recommend
Our family of 5 (myself, my wife, our two 16 year olds and our 11 year old) had a wonderful vacation on St. John Island staying at Caribe Breeze. The set up of the rental property worked so well for us. We had so much fun in the pool and loved our meals on the deck overlooking Coral Bay. The house is very well cared for and clean and worked great for us. The view is spectacular! The location is great with a short drive to Great Salt Pond Bay which is a beautiful beach and has access to the Ram's Head hike. Kris, the owner, was fantastic, e.g. always responsive to questions before our vacation and available if any thing came up during our stay. We look forward to a return visit to Caribe Breeze!

40th Birthday Getaway
My husband and I traveled to this lovely property with our friends, to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. We were there for the week of March 19-26. The property is very nice, with views for days, and was great for 2 couples. We really liked how separated the bedrooms were, which allowed for privacy. The outdoor showers were amazing, although sometimes chilly with the winds, but after a long day of sun, sand and sea it felt fantastic. Speaking of winds, even though the main living area is not air conditioned, you wouldn't know it because you just open the doors and let the winds keep you cool - they were constant, even heavy at times. The house is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Having beach chairs, coolers and beach towels available was certainly a nice feature. Kris and Lindsey are excellent hosts and did a great job communicating with us prior to check in and during our stay. At our request Kris even picked up a few provisions for us to have at the house when we arrived, for a small fee, but it was nice having things there and not having to stop at the store after a long day of travel. While almost everything was perfect for us during our stay, there were a couple small negatives. Location was one, however, we did know when we booked it that it would be more of a drive than we have had in our past stays on the island, but I don't think we realized just how far. It is about a 40-45 minute drive to Cruz Bay. Calabash Market was a short 5-10 minute drive which was nice, to pick up odds and ends as we needed them, although their selection isn't huge. The North Shore beaches are also about a 25-30 minute drive. As others have written in their reviews, the road to get to the house is rough! While you could make it in a car, a jeep is highly recommended. Also, the house feels private when you are hanging out by the pool, but you are in fact very close to other homes and you can hear them and they can hear you. Sound very much carries in the valley in which the home is located, so even if talking and playing music at a normal volume on the back porch, or even inside with the doors open, it will carry to other homes, some of which are locals that have to get up for work during the week. We would certainly recommend this home as your next vacation rental. The set up is fantastic and the views just can't be beat. We had an amazing time and can't thank Kris and Lindsey enough for their hospitality! Erin and Larry McMahan

This place is at end of the island with great beaches close by. Nearby Rams Head hike is fantastIc. Coral Bay is 10minutes away. The homes sea views are fantastic as well.

Perfect location!
The two very separate and private master bedroom suites afforded us much privacy. Comfortable, well-stocked, and absolutely magnificent views. The owners were helpful and accessible. Close to great snorkeling, hikes, and beach options at Salt Pond and Lameshur. And extremely wonderful to take a relaxing dip in the pool before dinner. Highly recommended!

You will need a Jeep to reach the property. Truer words were never spoken. Having said that, once you make it to the villa, it is wonderful. The views and breeze are amazing. The separate bedrooms are very private, and a great feature of the property. The salt water pool was spectacular after a day of exploring and beach fun. Cant beat the view!
Spectacular view! Great set up for two couples wanting privacy. Pool is cool and refreshing. Sunrises are a must for early birds and even not so early birds. Proximity to less crowded beaches is nice. The road up to the house is less desirable so make sure you have a 4x4!

Beautiful, but...
A beautiful, remote, quiet location which was what we wanted. The view was phenomenal, layout of the house was fun, great for a family of four, kitchen well-equipped. Loved the ‘island’ outdoor showers and the pool with separate bedroom. Kristin was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Loved Rams Head short hike, salt pond beach, Colombo smoothies, Miss Lucy’s, rhumb Lines, kayak/snorkel eco tours, Maho and Cinnamon Beach. I think this property deserves a four star rating, rather than a five star rating, for a few reasons. First, drive up to the house was rough - more difficult than I expected even after reading all the reviews. We arrived there at night, with written directions from Kristin (who DID offer to escort us up to the house), ended up on a dirt road with trash everywhere and a big sign in red paint which said, Turn Around. Second, the house is more ‘tired’ and worn out than the pictures provided - stains on sheets/pillows, weathered/worn out furniture, missing light bulb, an outside door which didn’t lock, broken washer/dryer which was quickly fixed once I inquired, a rotten board on the deck which collapsed when we stepped on it and was not fixed.
