Welcome to your stunning vacation apartment in the heart of St Julians,
Malta! Nestled just steps away from the picturesque Spinola Bay, this
modern and spacious 3-bedroom apartment serves as the perfect base for
your next adventure.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed into a bright and airy open-plan
living room, boasting minimalist decor and basking in natural light.
The contemporary kitchen and dining area are fully equipped to cater to
your culinary needs, complete with cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, a
dishwasher, and various utensils.

The apartment accommodates three tastefully decorated bedrooms, each
offering the flexibility to be set up according to your preferences.
The bedroom configuration is as follows:

Bedroom layout:

- Bedroom 1: 1 single bed and 1 double bed

- Bedroom 2: 3 single beds (can be converted into double bed and single
bed)

- Bedroom 3: 4 single beds (can be converted into 2 double beds)

For your convenience, there are two full family bathrooms, one with a
shower cubicle and the other with a bathtub, complemented by a washing
machine. Each bedroom is fitted with wall-hung air conditioning units,
ensuring your comfort. Stay connected and entertained with free WiFi
and TV service.

Located in a building block with lift access, this apartment is just
minutes away from a wealth of amenities, including shopping centers
like Baystreet and Paceville, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and spa
centers. The inviting beaches are also within a short walk.

Please note that check-in is typically at 3:00 pm and check-out at
10:00 am. Flexibility with check-out times may be available if there
are no other arrivals scheduled on your departure day.

Be aware that the rental price does not include the Environmental
Contribution tax, introduced in June 2016, which is €0.50c per night,
up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands,
applicable to guests aged 18 and older.
