Set within a building block, the apartment is accessible by a lift,
although there is a flight of stairs at the main entrance. Spanning a
generous 150m², it features a bright, airy, and spacious setting.
Located on Spinola Road, it boasts captivating views of the picturesque
Spinola Bay and the bustling seafront.
Upon entering, you will be welcomed into a fresh, upscale open-plan
area that includes the kitchen, living, and dining spaces. The modern,
minimalist décor complements the contemporary kitchen, fully equipped
with all necessary utensils, including cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, a
dishwasher, and more. The living and dining areas are filled with
natural light, adding to the fresh and inviting atmosphere.
This vacation home accommodates three oversized bedrooms, each styled
in a contemporary decor that aligns with the overall aesthetic of the
apartment. The bedroom layout is as follows:

There are two full family bathrooms in the apartment; one equipped with
a shower cubicle and the other with a bathtub. A washing machine is
also available for your convenience. All bedrooms are fitted with
wall-mounted A/C units for your comfort, and free WiFi and TV services
are included. Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire
property, which is not shared with any other tenants.

St Julians has transformed from a quaint fishing village to a lively
hub with a plethora of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops. The
well-preserved streets of Balluta Bay feature a few remaining villas
and gardens, and the striking neo-gothic Carmelite Church is also
nearby, amidst houses that were once summer residences for Valletta's
wealthy families.
The bus stop is just next to the property. No car is required in the end as the property is located at walking distance from any amenity.
Parking is available on the street and the neighbouring ones, free of charge for all public on first come first service basis. Reservation is not possible.
