Misleading Fees
We booked an air-conditioned unit. We were provided with several different emails and different prices based on a/c unit. We finally requested a confirmation of total fees before we booked. The manager emailed us the price and we booked and paid in full. 3 days after checking in, the manager demanded cash to continue using the air-conditioning. We refused and decided to go without a/c for our stay. We would have left and gotten other accomodation however, based on this misleading practice, we knew we wouldn't get our money back. The property manager also informed that she would not be cleaning due to covid but we were still charged a cleaning fee. We asked for a mop and broom so that we could perform our own cleaning and were provided with dirty and broken items.
