Queen pull out Sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space for kiddos. AND laundry area all on the main level. Which is no easy task to find in this part of the city. As most of the homes were built near the turn of the century.

You should want for nothing when staying here. I provide a starter pack of all basic amenities such as. Coffee , Shampoo , Conditioner , Body wash , Toilet paper & Paper towels, Laundry tabs , Dishwasher tabs , Hand soap , Dish soap. We provide 10 towels, hand towels & wash cloths. Free access to the main level washer & dryer. Convenient & FREE PARKING!! for up to Three vehicles.

Kitchen is fully stocked & I mean fully! All pots & pans such as roasting pan with crisping rack, loaf pan , sheet pans , sauce pans & fry pans. Service for 8 with dishes and silverware. All necessary tools like measuring spoons & cup, can opener , Beer & Wine Bottle openers ;) etc etc.

Small appliances such as... 4 way Coffee maker, French press, Electric Kettle , Coffee grinder, I am a coffee freak so when staying at my place it is important to me others can get that right cup! Please Ask about my "Been there
