This was by far the worst hotel, my family has ever checked in at. To start, the front desk had a line of people waiting for 25 minutes before the front desk attendant came running in through a side door saying, "sorry, who's next?" We checked in, had to drop off our bags and leave right away. When we came back a couple hours later, I realized I left my keys in the room. I then asked the front desk attendant for a new set of keys, and she just gave them to me without any confirmation of who we were. Not safe. Once we got off the sketchy elevator and to our room, we then realized how bad of shape the room was in. The light fixtures were falling off the wall. Hair in the stained tub. The door chain lock was falling off the door. The faucet was broken, and the sheets had a stain on them. The entire hotel stunk dirty, musty, and old smoke. We packed up our bags immediately and went to the hotel desk to tell the attendant we would not be staying the night. She asked if anything was wrong with the room. I said, there was a lot wrong with it and it was nothing I had hoped. She then said, ok, your receipt will be sent to you via email. Which, I still have not received. No questions, apologies or explanations for anything. It was the worst hotel experience we have ever seen.
